The Cotton Candy Machine arrived quickly. It was packaged ok. However the protective foam did not work well. The product had pieces that were bent slightly (able to straighten) and the paint was scraped off of several areas of the machine. The machine works fine so far. One note though: The instructions are pretty much useless. Just look at the pictures to set it up or google for the use of machine. Do not buy this machine unless you plan to take up a hobby of cotton candy machine repair. Bought in October it’s now March and I’m on my 4th repair. Had to replace the head, connectors, screws, not motor. At least 4 screws were already stripped when it first arrived. Least dependable machine I have owned. This was only used for personal events. Not even rented out. Just me using and it and it’s trash. Fork over the extra $100 for a better machine. You’ll save money in the long run. ... show more

I saw several reviews about the machine not working after a couple uses, but I've used it about a dozen times so far and it works like a champ. My daughter really likes the idea that I can make cotton candy at will. **update** the fuse did go out after around 40 uses, but the fuse is $2.99 for a 5 pack, so honestly .50 cents every 40 uses could be worse. ... show more

Really cool machine works great easy to use and does a fantastic job. I ordered the lid to go along with it but it has not come in it. I went ahead and set it all up today and used it to make about 40 or 50 Cotton candy’s in multiple flavors for Easter party we’re having. It really is pretty fun to watch and easy to do once you get the hang of it it’s really not that messy either. I really wish I thought one of these along time ago. I’m going to use it for parties for years to come. Instructions really are terrible...But it’s really not that hard to put together. Oh really so far nothing to complain about except for my lid missing. ... show more

I used it for the first time this last Saturday for my daughter's birthday party. The machine is beautiful, it looked very nice in the candy bar area, but then the place got full of a cloud of sugar and it stop making cotton candy. I guess it was overused, I am not sure. I need to try it again.

Works extremely well, the size is actually pretty nice, you do have to turn it on for about 8 minutes before use, and awesome value especially once you have the kids crowding you to have a taste of pure sugar

Was using the machine and it quit getting hot enough to melt the sugar . When I turn the volt meter up it does not move the needle at all. It’s showing low voltage. The heater head is barely getting warm. Trying to find parts for it to try to fix it, but haven’t had any luck. I would not recommend buying one of them. ... show more
