    • Simple, easy to use, taste great & worth it!
Okay so this arrived and we waited all day to finally use it as a family and let me tell you, the machine worked flawlessly, no smoke, no weird plastic smell or taste. It was smooth and delicious! We popped great northern popcorn in it and then paired that with flavorcol popcorn salt and snippys popcorn oil on top and lord have mercy! It was like my childhood all over again, just delicious. The machine popped pretty quickly and in seconds had my white home smelling like a mall theater. I'm not even bothered that it doesn't keep the popcorn warm after popping as it's really good once cooled to room temperature, my only complaint is the door that extends open to get to popcorn, it's flimsy and pops in and out way to easily causing a mess if it pops out. I wish it latched in better, though I understand why it's way to easy to pop in and out. It's annoying with small kiddos who love to snack on popcorn. Little hands pull it off. It's also a bit of a pain to clean, though that's probably going to be most if not all popcorn machines soo, I'm not mad about it. Otherwise 10 out of 10 recommend this!     • Lightweight but somewhat flimsy
This popcorn make is cute, a great size and is lightweight. It has vivid colors and is easy to take apart, clean, and put back together. It is easy for the popcorn to burn if you’re not watching your popping time. Also, the sides of the kettle get HOT so it is difficult to get the popcorn out without touching it in some way and getting small burns on my hands. It is made of plastic so the quality isn’t top notch but I feel it is fair for the price. Either way, this was cheaper to buy for my party I was throwing over renting a machine. Bought this for a birthday party, but it now sits on my kitchen counter and gets almost daily use, we love it that much! The design is cute, it is compact, it makes good popcorn in just a few minutes and is not that hard to clean. The little drawer that opens is sometimes wonky and falls off but it’s not a big problem. It pops just like the one at the movie theater! This is a small, compact popcorn machine. Perfect for a small family. It was so fast and the popcorn was delicious. It’s easy to use and clean. It has a plastic exterior and the kettle is metal. Would recommend that small children not attempt to make popcorn because the kettle gets hots.

Good starter popcorn maker. We have a home theater and love having popcorn while watching movies. I was looking for the movie theater popcorn on a budget. This machine was reasonably priced and has made many great batches of popcorn. I will mention that the machine itself will not produce movie theater popcorn- you will also need flavacol and special oil (coconut oil with beta-carotene) available on amazon for under $10- its worth it don't skip this! The quality of the machine is okay. I have the machine for 2 months but after the first week there was a crack on the side (made of plastic) where the pot hangs and chips started to develop on all of the sides from the hot kernels popping out. After the first month the Teflon has started to wear out. This is why I gave it a 3 star instead of 4. The machine is easy to clean with warm water and a paper towel after each use. The popcorn maker is also very easy to use. We are going to continue to use this until it completely breaks and then we will upgrade to a bigger machine with glass walls. Overall if you are looking for a good starter popcorn maker to uplift your at home movie night this could be the one for you. ... show more
