I love this cotton candy machine. The main thing I like about it is that it includes everything you will need to make cotton candy. I agree that it is kid-friendly and I ( the 10 year old who is writing this review ) found it easy to use and quickly got the hang of it. The cotton candy tasted great. The first time we used it some of the sugar dripped inside the machine. I cleaned the inside with a Q-tip, and the rest was really easy. The flavor of the cotton candy was interesting and very tasty. This is so much fun for the kids and easy cleanup. I really thought this would be a mess but it's not. It's so much fun for the kids if the family gets together or for a party. I bring it out for a treat on the weekends for the kids. We really enjoy it. The flavors are awesome!

I was excited to order this. It definitely requires at least a 10 minute warm up instead of the 3 minutes listed. The issue I am finding is that it works great for the first cotton candy made, then after that it goes downhill to the point of not producing enough to fill a cone.
