This is amazing. We got it in and set up was easy. As soon as we turned it on, it heated up quickly and we could make cotton candy right away. I was blown away by this product and now we eat cotton candy all the time because it is so easy to use. Clean up is pretty easy but if you let it sit for too long after use, it is a little more difficult. The metal tub is so big you can jot clean in the sink so we have to clean it in the bath tub. This will melt Jolly Ranchers and make cotton candy from it and it is waaaayyyyyy better than using the sugar. I say dont waste time using the sugar, buy the jolly ranchers, the flavor is amazing. ... show more

Purchased this item in advance for children’s birthday party. Went to try it out before a party and the machine never even powered on. Switched the machine to another power source to see if that was the issue and it still never powered on. Now it’s just sitting in my garage collecting dust. Complete waste of my money. ... show more

Bought ours to use for church events. The only thing I would wish to be different....is the machine should be freestanding as well as able to set on the cart. As it is, it must be attached to the cart.
