I purchased the larger Cosori dehydrator. It has 10 shelves. I'm sure now that I didn't need one nearly this large but I'm happy with it. It works great. Very easy to operate. Runs very quietly. I was very surprised that it was this quiet. I sliced up and marinated about 6 lbs of London broil and I only used 5 of the 10 shelves. Hahaha. Very nice steel shelves. The COSORI Food Dehydrator for Jerky is hands down one of the best kitchen appliances I’ve purchased in a while. I primarily use it to make dog treats, and it works flawlessly every time. The 176°F temperature control ensures that the treats are dehydrated perfectly, and the 5 stainless steel trays provide plenty of space for all the ingredients I need to dry. Whether I’m making meat jerky, fruit slices, or veggies, it handles everything with ease. I love the 4 presets, which make it super easy to select the right settings for different foods without having to guess. Easy to use and compact. I make beef jerky & deer jerky at home and it turns out great. I even make chicken jerky for my two dogs & they love it. It saves us money on what we spend on dog treats. I highly recommend this dehydrator.

I have been using this non-stop since I bought it. I’ve made jerky dried sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, yellow squash. Dog treats. It’s so easy just loaded up and turn it on. It’s quiet and gets the job done. Love it!

We absolutely love this dehydrator. It’s nice and compact but has so much space inside. There are 5 super easy to clean shelves and overall it’s super easy to use.
