  • (Stopped working and Uriah stopped responding) Easy! 10 minutes to install.
Size: 5000 lb
(3.15.2025) Update . jack no longer works, and company will not reply to emails or customer service requests through amazon. will only turn manually now, motor will not turn with truck or battery power. ( previous review ) Bought an open box. Expected the worse from Amazon warehouse. To my surprise, Install was quick and easy. Was worried about my jack plate because mine has threads and bolts to the trailer tongue. Everything lined up. Hardware in kit was same bolt thread and pitch. Even the bolts supplied were long enough to install the ny-lock nuts sent. I'm amazed everything just worked.! I did notice the wire insulation going into the motor cover has a slice, exposing the bare wire. Will have to address that. The switch is backwards in my opinion. (up is down / down is up) but up brings the trailer up & down brings the trailer down. Kind of counter intuitive. Up should bring the jack leg up / down should bring the jack leg down. Meh, whatever. Unit works. Little bit slower than I crank by hand, but I don't have to crank by hand. Trailer had about 1,000 lbs on tongue. Can't wait to try 4,000 lbs.! ... show more

  • Good new Electric Jack
Size: 5000 lb
So far the jack is great. It does the job, it works out great for my enclosed trailer. Just put it on a 2 weeks ago, so I will have to see how it holds up. Definitely better than a regular crank jack. I bought a electric jack cover to protect it from the elements. I definitely like the 7 pin power cord to give it power. Didn't take long to put it on the trailer either. Seems heavy duty, and it fit perfectly on my enclosed trailer. ... show more

  • Worked out of the box and still working
Size: 5000 lb
I bought this electric trailer 5000lb jack a few months ago and I have used it a lot. I have a 2021 GMC pickup with the 7 pin power connector. It works and connects perfectly. My truck sits very high and I was worried this jack would not lift high enough. But it did. I like that it has a place on the front of the jack where I can store its harness 7 pin power cable and a cover for the connector to protect it from the elements. Nice touch. However, I did purchase a cover separately for the motor. If I had to complain about something, it would be that the motor is a little loud. You don’t want to use this at a rv park in the middle of the night. I hook up the night before my departure so I don’t disturb my fellow campers with the noise of this motor. It was simple to install. I hooked the trailer to my truck and removed the old bolts and put in the new jack. Very easy. My trailer is an old 1999 Damon 30 foot. Heavy and built like a tank and this jack lifts it no problem. Udate 2023: Problem!! I'm taking away some stars. I bought this in 2021 and it worked great until now. I even bought a cover to make sure to protect it from the elements. I’ve used it about 10 times. It’s always unplugged when not in use. Well it’s 2023 and I discovered it no longer works. Does not appear to have power. After closer inspection I know why. Check out the pictures. I wonder what could have caused this little fire hazard? The wires to the motor are burned. Of course the warranty is expired…you only get 1 year folks so keep that in mind before you purchase. I’m going to shop for a replacement that has a better warranty and won’t burn my trailer down. What am I connecting it to you ask? The trailer power connection that came with my 2021 GMC Denali pickup truck. Nothing crazy. I tested the connector on the truck and it is working as expected. I’m going to have to chalk this one up to poor quality on the jack. I hope the seller is reading this review because this is type of failure unacceptable. ... show more

  • So Far, So Good
Size: 5000 lb
I have a small toy hauler (15’ not including A-frame) towing with ’04 GMC Yukon. Installation was easy and straight forward. Initially, jack didn’t work. It turned out that there was no fuse (20 amp) in the fuse box such that a crucial connector on the 7-way vehicle receptacle wasn’t powered (see photo). Installed fuse and all was well. After a few uses it again didn’t work. No power. That 20 amp fuse was blown. Replaced it but then it lost power again. After checking the 2 connectors in the jack’s plug to the vehicle’s 7-way, I discovered they were loose. After removing the plug’s housing, neither of the 2 wires to the plug were connected. Previously when they were just loose they may have caused the fuse to blow. After re-connecting the wires to the plug’s 2 electrodes, all’s well again. So far so good. ... show more

  • Well worth the money
Size: 5000 lb
Was an easy bolt on replacement for manual tongue jack. Works beautifully. We own a food trailer and it makes life so much easier at the end of an event.

  • Luv it so far.
Size: 5000 lb
It came greased up and with the hardware you need. The bolts supplied were identical to the ones on my old tongue jack. I did not need to use the supplied nuts as the bolts threaded into the tongue already. The install was super easy. I needed the 7 pin plug because i no longer have a battery on the tongue of the trailer after i upgraded to LifePO4. Just turn your key to on and the Jack is powered, works real good so far. I did make one modification, The plug holder is positioned to the front of the jack. You can loosen a clamp screw and swing it so it is on the back of the jack inside. I think this will help protect water from shooting up into the lug, Seems to be a slight oversight if you ask me. If you leave it in the front position water can shoot up under the cap but if you put it on the backside it will shoot over the cap instead. One user posted a shorted wire where the wire enters the housing. I will be putting some gel glue in that area so the wires don't rub while on the highway. This is where honest user reviews are critical. I also purchased 3 years Asurion insurance for 30$. If it last 3 years it will last 4 or more there after. ... show more

  • It actually holds up, what a back saver!
Size: 5000 lb
It's not noisy, it's not slow and it's not fast. Certainly I would take much longer doing it manually. I have a really heavy steel 4 horse trailer that I thought would burn out the motor but after many months of constant use it's holding up great! I go in the back country on washboard roads. I've had it in snow hail and rain. Heat and cold. This jack way exceeded my expectations! ... show more
