Bought this for my wife, ended up using it myself to make frappes and frozen coffee drinks ! This thing works as you'd expect, and was easy to clean. The center metal piece gets cold and freezes whatever you put in, and the corkscrew moves the slush around and towards the spigot for pouring. The corkscrew comes out as well as the container for the slushes you make. The center metal part is fixed and stays put (you just wipe it off and it's ready to use again). You can wash the corkscrew and container part no problem - easy to wash. It cools things pretty quick, you can have a frozen drink in a matter of 10 minutes in the case of the coffee we used chilled coffee already in the refrigerator. It says DO NOT POUR hot things into the unit, which is obvious, but does need stating that you can't just pour a hot pot of coffee into the thing and out comes slush. So don't pour hot things on something that freezes, or it can break -- just like a cold glass and pouring hot water into it.. can break the glass. Most people understand this, but some need it explained. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat, and will be using it for sure almost every day this coming summer. My parents got one for their house and we fell in love. It is fairly quiet and is pretty quick. The consistency is perfect. Comes with a guide as well. I definitely think these are worth it for the money

Attempting to get it replaced from Ninja and was told I'd get a shipping label and that I needed to return it in 14 days with no shipping label in my mail or in spam.
