It’s a great product if ur a pop corn lover like me but HAAAATE spending the price for that movie theater popcorn, it really does taste just like movie theater popcorn corn, THE CON!!! The con is that hot bowl thing inside is a B**ch to get the popcorn out after it’s done popping so u can put it back but honestly th good outweighs the the bad and I’m VERY happy with my purchase, it’s also space saving mine is sitting on my small portable dishwasher cause I live in a smaller apartment and the sound isn’t as bad as u would think!!! My sensory sound sensitive autistic daughter stood there without her noise canceling headphones, now my daughter can handle some noises so if ur kid can’t handle music on a normal level I wouldn’t take this comment and try is around ur kiddo!!! But yes overall I’m happy one full batch in this popcorn machine can feed 18 people a serving and u can go and make another batch immediately if needed!!! Cleaning it is also easier than I thought it would be!!! The media could not be loaded. I love that the popcorn from this popcorn popper tastes more like movie popcorn. The kernels seem to be more plump, much bigger and the popcorn butters seem to absorb more in the popcorn in this style. I found an older Pyrex square container that fits perfect in the bottom to catch the popcorn so it makes clean up less and easier to scoop popcorn out into a smaller bowl. It does take a little longer to clean it up as it is a bigger machine. The popcorn smells so good in the kitchen while it pops. I find myself popping more popcorn and leaving a bowl out on my counter as a healthy option of a snack. This is a much better improvement over the round bowl as far as taste and how fast it pops. The instruction booklet provided some great ideas of making different kinds of popcorn. My con in this is that the instruction booklet needs to do better with instructions on how to assemble the inside as I struggle figuring out how to attach the kernel bowl. The instruction booklet was not clear for me to understand. A video showing how to assemble would be even better. The price was competitive to other popcorn machines. ... show more

Just used the machine and it worked great especially For the price ! Easy to put together. Produced quick and Amazing popcorn. The machine did not take up much space on the counter and clean up was quick and easy. Easy to pack item back up in box and put away for storage until pop corn time again

I bought this as a gift and she raves about it. There are even kits you can buy, so you don't have to measure anything out! It is pretty large in size, so you will need ample space to set it up. 09/06/23 Sometimes you get a bum unit. I did. Some advice. First of all. Take everything out of the box, and before you unwrap all the 10 or so parts, take the main unit out, unwrap it and the 5 or so parts inside, and test if the power works. I did not do this. After spending about 30 minutes, with a power drill, I went to turn it on, and, well, it was dead. The light bulb worked, but the popcorn bucket's heating and motor were dead. I immediately requested a replacement through Amazon fulfillment policy. We'll see how this goes. The second advice (after verifying power works) is to NOT put the wheels on until the end. That actual instructions tell you to put them on in step 2 of 8. But if you do this, in the last step, you have secure the newly assembled base to the assembled legs frame, where the wheels block the ability to screw in the base above where the wheels are situated. It's not a problem to simply install the wheels at the end instead. This is helpful info because if you remove the screws after tighten them into the soft plastic, you could easy strip the srew heads(I striped them installing using a regular screw driver), and/or plastic holes. The policy for returns/replacement requires you to put everything back together in the original packaging. So, if you didn't want a replacement, like I did, and you put it together 100%, it would take you another 30min to take apart the popcorn cart, and then some more frustrating time fitting all the pieces back in the original box. Learn from my mistake, test the power first before putting it together. For my experience, shipping took two days, and got it today. Requested replacement today. Will update here when I received the replacement popcorn cart. Update 09/08/23 Received the replacement today. Very fast process. The new unit works perfectly fine. Very happy, but still slightly annoyed. If yours doesn't work, they'll replace it fast. On my way to UPS drop off to send back to did unit.
