Had the 765 model for almost 6 months. I've pushed small items to great success and with fall leaves I've gathered them with minimal effort. Most of the time I only need to use the lowest blower setting. Probably only needed the maximum speed a couple of times. As a result of low setting the battery life has been impressive. In nearly 6 months I've only recharged twice. Mind you, this is not daily use but more like once a week for maybe 10 minutes of actual use. I've used the special nozzle a couple of times but don't see where it is more effective than the normal circle nozzle. The battery is big and it accounts for much of the weight which can take some getting used to. What I like best is that I can just grab it and do whatever chore I want. No need to tote an electrical cord, worry if the cord will be long enough and avoid the cord getting caught up in plants and bushes or worse something I trip over. I've very happy with my new blower. Did I need to get the most powerful blower? Frankly, no. A smaller one would be as effective but I have no regrets. It does the jobs I need done, effective and efficient and the extra power comes in handy for wet leaves. ... show more

This blower is nothing short of a miracle. In previous years I’ve raked and bagged up to 50 bags of leaves from my lawn because I couldn’t operate a gas leaf blower. But now, my raking and bagging days are over. The power is like a fire hose. I was afraid it would be too heavy for this 73 year old woman, but it’s not as heavy as I expected. Now I blow them out of flower beds and the driveway and mulch them with a tractor. I have 30 trees in my yard and I don’t ever expect to rake and bag again. So great for the environment. And I own an EGO push mower so the batteries are interchangeable. I just love this company. The blower, battery and charger each have their own instruction booklets. Nothing is difficult. I was looking for a more powerful battery operated leaf blower, and this one delivers. It pushed the leaves out of my garden, which my other blower couldn't do. Here's what I like about this blower: 1. Power, and that it's adjustable. 2. The power lock feature, which I used to keep from just pulling the trigger and unnecessarily sucking the battery power. 3. It was easy to put together. 4. The battery is easy to put on and remove from both the charger and the blower. (Unlike by smaller blower, which requires more hand strength than I have.) What I don't like about this blower: 1. The battery weight makes the unit unbalanced. The blower itself is so light that the weight of the battery forces me to hold the blower in a strange position to keep it at the proper angle. 2. The stabilizing handles are at the bottom, which doesn't feel like the right spot. 3. The unit is long for my height (5'6"). When you combine the height and weight, I kept hitting the end of the blower on the ground. Holding it up requires me to keep my arm bent quite a bit. It's hard to hold that position for very long. I'm probably going to remove the nozzle to make it shorter, which gives me fewer options on how to use the blower. 4. The instructions don't tell you where to install the strap, which may have helped with the above. I stuck it in the only place it seemed to fit, but it easily came off. I'm pretty sure that isn't the right place, but for the life of me can't figure out where to put it. 5. If you pull the trigger, and have it on max, the battery doesn't last that long. To maximize the battery, use the dial at the lowest setting necessary for the circumstances. To adjust that requires both hands. ... show more

Assembly of s VERY easy and straight forward. Battery life is excellent…. though the 5.0ah battery is a little bulky and cumbersome. Runtime is very impressive. VERY. Weight and balance of the unit is excellent when the batter is attached. Attachments are easily applicable and work great. Air output is [truly] insane given it’s a cordless blower. I have a handheld Stihl gas blower and it’s almost on par with it. Almost. I am not fan of the turn knob control and only use the trigger. Trigger is touch sensitive as you only press as much as the air you want out of the end. Ego has punched this out of the park. Well out of the park. Recommended. I originally bought the EGO Leaf blower to blow off the top of my pool cover then I started to use it for everything besides the leaves on the ground and the top of the pool. I used to blow off the snow off my car and the ground when I had a little amount on the ground and car I have a 50ft driveway and 20ft walkway. The only problem I see with it is the battery doesn’t last very long. It should come with two batteries. Clean power is great very easy to use, it’s not lightweight because of the size of the battery that’s why I use the strap that comes with it.
