  • Game-Changer for Leaf Cleanup – Powerful, Reliable, and Time-Saving!
After using a small Stihl BG-56 blower, a rake, and tarps for years, I decided to try the Schröder SR-6400L Backpack Blower. In my fully fenced backyard, two large silver maples drop a massive load of leaves each fall, and with the wind in eastern South Dakota, I’d spend several half-days clearing them before the first snowfall. The Schröder SR-6400L has changed everything. Its powerful 3.7 HP engine cut my time down to just a couple of hours, even with the dense layer of leaves. I’ve only run Stihl premixed fuel through it, and it starts easily and performs reliably. After a week of heavy use, there’s no sign of wear or issues. If you’re looking to simplify leaf cleanup, this blower is a solid investment—you won’t regret it! ... show more

  • Power is like a stihl Owner of Landscape company
Wow this Blower has alot going for it. Power. The comfort level of the shoulder straps. The way the tubes are connected with locking screws. Blows heavy debris. I have one issue with the blower that the company has been here to help with and problem hopefully resolved. Starts easily.

  • Seems great
Received today. Easily assembled, instructions really not need the entire assembly process is intuitive. Started easily first time right out of the box. Included an extra pull start assembly so that must be a failure point. We’ll see how it holds up, it has great blowing ability and did in 30min today what usually took me more than an hour. Moves a lot of leaves and pine needles. A big upgrade from a Troy built I’ve been using, twice the price but I value my time. We’ll see…. Second week, I’m still smiling over time saved ! ... show more

  • powerful, lightweight, and affordable!
have had it for about 3 weeks now and she works like a charm. strong enough to push wet leaves, light weight about 20 pounds, and she always starts on the first few pulls. overall happy with the purchase, only gave it 4 stars because the gas cap broke and i didn't drop it or slam the blower against anything for that to happen. ... show more

  • Great Blower - Even Better Price!
Honestly I was a little wary of how the blower would be. I read a few reviews about the trigger, CFM not being accurate, questionable adjustments on the car wrat or, replacement parts not accessible, ect. All of them have either been exaggerated or the company has fixed everything going forward. Pros: you can’t beat the price. I was looking at Husqvana 150 and Echo 580t and honestly this blower is clearly more powerful not to mentioned cheaper. The build is solid and you can tell where the company cut corners to provide the price point of ~$325 but it’s clearly intentional and I don’t mind it one bit. It’s easy to put together, took >10mins. The back cushion is just a solid piece of foam, not fabric like Husq or rubber like echo, but honestly plenty comfortable. The straps look like a cheap parachute backpack but they work fine. The vibrations are somewhat poorly managed but honestly I don’t notice it even at full throttle. The throttle is comfortable and adjustable to lock in the speed. The pulling to start is weird at first but very simple once you get the hang of it. Starts right up 2nd pull no problem. The carburetor absolutely was perfect right out of the box but even if you did need to adjust it it’s a simple YouTube video to figure out how to adjust airflow. And if for some reason I needed a spare part their website has every possible part to replace in stock and listed for sale. Overall The company is smart, they provide the best price point and focus on what’s most important for your average home owner. Most commercial guys are looking at name brands and need to wear this backpack for hours long every day. That’s not most homeowners and definitely not me. It’s legit the best blower I’ve had the chance to use and couldn’t believe it was Under $400 it honestly should be closer to $500+ in regards to power and quality. Definitely give this blower a try, it’s totally worth it and You won’t regrets it! ... show more

  • Not bad for my first gas backpack blower
Had to clean up the leaves in the backyard and get them out to the street in front. Went with this blower because of the many positive reviews. Came in a few days. Waited several days. But on Friday afternoon I put it together. Instructions were close but it seems the trigger design had been changed or simplified so it didn't exactly match up. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the trigger handle onto the moveable blow tube. I didn't want to break anything. Took a little bit of pressure but it finally slipped on. Then twisted on the last piece of the blow tube which has a custom design where it twists on with a series of channels. There are a couple of screws that holds it in place. Was a bit challenging to get the screws into the holes with them lined up correctly but finally got them in. Mixed the gas. Have a one gallon gas can. I purchased the 2.6oz two stroke oil bottles. Set of six. One 2.6oz bottle to 1 gallon of gas and there is the 50/1 ratio required. I put the gas in the tank. Maybe 80% full. Then primed the fuel line with the bulb. Pulled the rope twice as instructions said. And not having a backpack blower before I didn't think to secure the blower with my other hand. So when I pulled it the first time it spun around in my driveway. Awkward moment. But if you hold it down with the pressure on the top it secures it enough to get a good pull. Moved the choke to half open. Pulled again. Nothing. Then I realized I forgot to click the start switch on the trigger handle to 'start'. Clicked that and the next pull it started right up. Sounded solid. Let it idle a little high for a few minutes using the switch on the trigger handle. It allows you to put it at full power if needed without the need to hold the trigger down. I went about blowing the leaves from one side of my yard to the other. Takes a little practice but much better than my electric leaf blower with the extension cord that gets caught on everything. One issue I had. I was blowing the leaves and I was smelling a strong smell of gas. I thought maybe the unit was just breaking in or was running rich. I turned it off and set it down to rake some leaves from under the deck and I noticed the gas cap had come off the tank and there was very little gas left in it. And much of it had spilled out onto my lower back. I know I had bumped into my fence at some point and maybe I spun it off. But when I refilled the tank I made sure I tightened the cap very secure so it didn't come off again from a bump or vibration. All in all very pleased with my first go with the new blower. Would recommend ... show more
