UPDATE: The seller refunded my shipping both ways, perhaps after they saw this review - thank you for the customer service. (original review) I’m going to give these five stars but in all honesty I should rate it a two or three stars. So let me start out with the positive things. First, these are well- stitched. I couldn’t find a place where the stitches were loose or uneven, so they appear to be well-made. Second, they arrived nicely packaged in flat plastic bags which meant they were not “wrinkled” but had straight lines where they were folded, andI was okay with that. Third, they were delivered a full week earlier than the estimated time. Fourth, I ordered the yellow and the sheers were a deep, rich lemon-y/sunshine-y yellow. They were far brighter than could accurately be displayed on a computer screen! Imagine the most vivid yellow possible and that describes the shade perfectly. And finally, they were priced just right. However, there were things that I didn’t like about these. My biggest “complaint” is that I had to pay shipping on all eight sets. At the time of this review, the seller is offering free shipping. Since I am returning them, I have to pay for return shipping as well. Needless to say, I shop on Amazon Prime so that I can avoid shipping costs whenever possible! Not in this case, though. Second, these things are sheer. Thinner than 1-ply toilet tissue. These would be perfect for anything that needs light, sheer panels, such as a canopy, a wedding backdrop, a princess themed room, or anything feminine. They are slightly thicker than pantyhose, and I can imagine that a cat climbing into the windowsill would accidentally snag these sheers and ruin them. A hangnail can ruin them, and they are definitely not child-friendly. There are a lot of imaginable scenarios where these can be destroyed easily. One wrong move and the entire panel would have to be replaced which means ordering them again and potentially paying for shipping again. While they are well-sewn, they are not a durable type of fabric by any stretch of the imagination. I am having to send these back and pay for the return shipping as stated previously. About a third of the money I spent on these panels has been the shipping costs associated with my purchase and return. ... show more

I had first ordered them in yellow, but I returned them because they were a very strong lemon yellow, and they didn't look good on me at all, plus acid colors are not to my liking. Since I liked the quality and price, I ordered in a gold tone, again taking the risk that they were not the color I was looking for, and it turned out to be perfect, although I would call it a light mustard color. I achieved a good combination with the thick curtains that I have in brown, I also have 2 walls painted in light mustard and my bedspread is in a dull yellow, everything turned out incredible!!! If I manage to post photos I will post them later. These are very pretty and are much better than a bare space between parted curtains. I have blackout curtains, but I open them during the day for my fish (I'm not a 3rd shifter anymore) to get some natural light. My window looked so ugly with the wide open space, so I got these to fill in, but still have the light shining through. They are good enough, but if you look closer, they are snagged here and there. No doubt why they were so cheap. They're in my room, so they're ok, but I would not want in living room. So, really, I can't recommend them. ... show more
