It was a fairly easy assembly, took about 20 minutes. The table top comes in four parts, meaning there are three large seams when assembled. This doesn't bother me as I use a large mousepad to cover the top. It was really hard to narrow down my choice of a desk because I needed something long and the 71" is perfect and at a much better price than other competitors. The standing feature allows you to set 3 different custom heights and is super quiet. I love how quiet it is when going up or down and it even shocked my family when they heard it too. Do be warned that it does slightly tip/rock when you are leaning on the front edge, but this isn't so much of a bother for me as it is really sturdy still and nothing on my desk has fallen over. I keep my PC, my ultrawide monitor and second monitor on the table top and nothing falls and the lift system has no issues with the weight. Overall, the color is gorgeous, the standing feature is exactly what I was looking for, and the size is wonderful. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a budget standing desk that doesn't sacrifice style or make loud noises when moving. ... show more

Everything functions great as in the descriptions and photos. Very sleek and easy to use. Tho top was damaged during the shipping process and they had a new top shipped to my house within a few days. Pros: - laminate finish looks great - more stable than my last standing desk. Sturdy legs, strong connection with desk - not much wobble (forward/back) - motorized raise/lower with preset buttons and display is awesome - just the right size for me - more spacious than my last desk but still fits in a tight space I have - optional wheels are strong, roll well, and have a locking mechanism that works well and doesn't scratch the floor - great customer service. I did not receive the wheels and they sent them for free. - easy, clear assembly with tools included - cable access holes at the corners with plastic spring-loaded covers are helpful - included side hooks are nice to hang headphones on Cons: - the surface of the desk is in two pieces but held together strongly. This is also a slight pro as it ships surprisingly small. - the wood surface is particle board with a printed laminate finish but is pretty sturdy so far - the wood is not very thick if you're looking for that. Maybe 1/2". I wouldn't sit on it. - there is a slight wobble but less so than my previous desk. Doesn't bother me. ... show more

Given my sedentary occupation, I opted for a standing desk to improve my health. I didn't want to spend a ton of money, as I wasn't completely convinced this would be a long-term solution. For the price, you get an adequate desk that rises and lowers with relative ease. It has a large enough surface area to support my dual monitors, stereo speakers, laptop, wireless keyboard, and mouse. There is still room to accommodate my paperwork without feeling cramped. The assembly was relatively straightforward and took about an hour with a power screwdriver. My only real complaint is how wobbly the table is fully extended at standing height. I don't fear it will fall over, but the monitors shake when I type, as the desktop thickness is only about an inch. My previous desk had roughly a three-inch thick trim around the desktop for increased stability and durability. The desk feels more secure at a seated height, but I primarily use it at a standing height, so it's a bit of an annoyance. If you are committed to a standing desk setup, I'd spend more to get something more substantial/sturdy. YMMV ... show more

Great purchase. Assembly was simple (did take some time but instructions were easy to follow). It is very sturdy and holds weight well across the surface. The control panel makes it easy to set heights and raising/lowering is pretty quick. The range of heights is also great. Overall, a very solid purchase. I imagine I’ll have this desk for a while.
