I also inquired about a taller gas rod si ce the chair is slightly too short for my needs, and they are sending a new one. They included instructions foe how to change the rod and the necessary tools. They were very helpful and went above and beyond for me. Truly amazing customer service! Original review: It's a good chair, comfortable and easy to assemble. But I was missing some of the M6X25 screws. Was supposed to get 11 and I only got 6. I wasn't able to put the foot rest on unless I only had 1 screw per arm rest, which made them very flimsy. So instead I used all of the screws in order to have more secure armrests with no footrest. which is kind of annoying because the footrest is a nice addition. ... show more

Once I got it all adjusted and added the rollerblade wheels, this chair is amazing! So comfortable and supportive. Improves circulation and neck and back support, especially the lumbar. I like the net material. It keeps you cool.

The chair is very beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing is the foot rest doesn’t stay in place it falls back down you have to get it to click a certain way which takes a bit . It is a little short will have to return it for a taller chair or see if there is a different cylinder. But I really like it . But on the height size I chose it because it supported a higher weight limit. I am fairly tall so it’s hard to get a comfortable chair. ... show more

Bought this chair because of the leg rest, chair arrived in Hawaii very quickly. Chair was simple to assemble and easy to adjust to my needs. Chair is stable and sturdy, it will not tip over with normal use. I can recline back and stretch out my legs on the leg rest feeling like I'm in a lazy boy, its everything I wanted when I bought this. I now use my 300-dollar office chair without leg rest at work, I loved that chair, but it didn't have that leg rest. Only had this chair for about a month so I cannot talk about its durability, if I would guess I would think it's good quality enough to last 5 years or more. I would buy this chair again and recommend it to friends. I think it's worth every penny I spent so far. As an added bonus, the company will send you (free of charge) a leg rest memory foam pillow if requested. All I needed to do was e-mail the company with the Amazon receipt # and they shipped it within a week. ... show more

I’ve had this chair for a few days and am very happy with it. The pros are adjustable ergonomics for the headrest, backrest, lumbar, and foot rest. The cons are that the arm cushions are pretty firm and feel a little cheap, but that’s most chairs today. For me, I added a butt cushion for extra support otherwise it’s a pretty firm seat.
