    • Home Mesh Office Chair - Flip-Up Arms & Adjustable Headrest
I ordered this chair for a small desk area I have in my kitchen. I liked that it was white and did not look so much like it belongs in an office. I thought the assembly was going to be easy, so when it arrived, I was disappointed in how many steps there were. It took me 35 minutes to assemble the chair, not including the head rest. Someone who is more mechanically inclined can probably do it faster. If you really hate putting things together, this is a little frustrating, but not terrible. I am an almost 60 year old woman, and I managed to do it alone. I put the headrest on, and then took it off - mainly because I don't want the chair to be so visible in my kitchen. The headrest works well and was comfortable, but it does make the chair seem much larger. The chair itself is reasonably comfortable. It has good lumbar support and the mesh has some give, so you can move around to find a good position. The height is adjustable, which is important to me because my surface is higher than a desk, so I wanted the chair to be a little higher. The arms flip up, which I did not think I would use - but I find I use them all the time. It's nice to flip up the arms to slide the chair under the counter. I am not sure I would want to sit in this chair all day long, but for what I need, it works really well. ... show more

This chair has been a great addition to my home office. It was easy to assemble following the instructions in the box. It was packed well. It feels very well made and seems to be very a very good value for the price. So far it has held up well to daily use in my home office. The arms and shape of the back offer great lumbar support and encourage a good sitting posture even after long days on the computer for work. The height adjust is nice for my different tasks throughout the workday. The cushioned bottom is very comfortable and durable thus far. I've had various chairs for home office use over the years, and I've have got to say: "This chair is WELL worth it!" It has a cool SciFi look to it - and BTW, you can remove the Bronze looking panels and paint or cover with your favorite vinyl to change the appearance more to match your furniture. This went together fairly easy and was very sturdy! It did take me just a moment to realize I wasn't missing parts as the seat and back are also used to store/ship the legs, etc. I had just missed that part because I didn't pull the protective plastic off at the time. :) Yeah - maybe I was just tired. Naw .. :) I've paid different prices for all those different styles, both cheap and more expensive, and this chair is WELL worth the price and can be nearly $100USD cheaper than a more expensive brand. The biggest difference between this chair compared to others is the 'padding'. This chair doesn't used padding (except on certain edges), but uses more of a suspension-style design. This allows for breathability and keeps your legs from sweating into the fabric over time. All-on-all: I am very thankful for being able to review this chair, and has become my favorite and gets used every day (either by me or my feline family member who also loves it). I have shorter legs, but this chair sits low enough to allow my feet to sit flat on the floor. The chair also goes high enough for a taller person and the piston is pretty beefy, but only time will tell if it wears out like cheaper chairs do. The ONLY issue I have with this chair is as follows: With the LOCK position, there are only 2 placements; full upright, and full back tilt. I TRULY wish it had a 3rd lock roughly between those two to make it full comfortable for long sitting. The headrest is a neat idea, but not really usable depending on which position the seat is in, and may not tilt to the correct angle for everyone. ... show more
