I wasn't expecting much because of the price but I was surprise by the quality. The imitation leather is durable, there is good cushioning, and the chair feels stable. This chair comes disassembled so you need to build it yourself which includes a tool. I found building the chair easy. Overall, this is a comfortable office chair that will last me for many years. I really like this desk chair, it was easy to put together and it is very comfortable. Cheap and it works, highly recommend it! Also, if you're a big guy like me, you should be fine as long as you don't exceed the weight limit. If you weigh more than 270 I would recommend getting something sturdier.

If you’re not wanting to spend a fortune for an office chair, look no further. This is a perfect option for the price. It looks nice and does the job, but let me get into the details if you’re wanting to factor those in before you purchase: - The chair itself is comfortable and there was no evidence of damage to any of the pieces when they arrived. - I would be cautious with the amount of times you zip/unzip the back piece. It seems like the zipper might eventually come undone in the corner with excessive use. - This is not the manufacturer’s fault, BUT be very careful when you are taking all of the pieces out of the box and back of chair before assembly. On the part of one of the wheels that is inserted into the bottom of the chair, the small metal ring which secures it in place fell off, so that wheel will fall out occasionally. - It spins/rotates and can be lowered/increased in height very smoothly. Perfect as our home office computer chair. Supportive lumbar and well made. Sits and rolls well on carpet. Our old one was too big and I had to sit on the edge of the seat. This is a great fit for me at 5'6", and my husband says it's fine for him at 6'.

It has been almost 2 years since I purchased this particular chair, and it is still going strong, in excellent condition. This is a good example of Amazon Basics, a good quality product for very reasonable price. It is the second one I purchased as I have one in my bedroom office and one for my work office, also in my home. My wife bought the same exact model and all three of these chairs are still doing great after 1-3 years each. Chair is comfortable, still swivels perfectly, still looks great with few signs of age. I've only had this chair for about a week, so there's no way for me to know how long it will last, however it does seem to be fairly well built. Pros: - The seat cushion seems pretty sturdy. That was my reasoning for the purchase because my high end leather chair had lost in butt cushioning. lol. - Easy installation, and the video that the seller provided did help. - Nice clean, classy look for the money. Cons: - "Cream" is what they listed it's color as. Unless they were referring to "whipped cream", I wouldn't say it's cream. lol. "Very slightly off white" would be more accurate in my opinion. Thankfully, it still matches with some of my decor. - These next 2 cons are more of a personal preference than cons. 1. At 5'7", I'm not super short I think. lol. But I couldn't put the wheels on, because if I did, the chair would be only slightly comfortable at it's lowest rest point. Since I don't have carpet, I opted for 1" furniture gliders/sliders instead of the wheels. I only move around in a 3 foot radius, so no big deal for me. Now I can get really low for other uses. The "cream" thing, and the height issue are the reasons for not giving it a 5star. 2. The second issue I have, which isn't a huge deal, is that the adjustable recline knob could be a little less springy. But I imagine overtime it will loosen up a bit. So far, I really like this chair, and it does brighten up my living room/office area compared to my old black leather CEO lookin' chair. lolol ... show more
