I’m using it for my office space/school fits perfectly under my table and the corner that I set for myself. I’m just really pleased with this chair. I feel like it was definitely worth the money I spent for it, and it does everything that they showed in the video. Definitely recommend it is stable on the seat which I like kind of firm yet soft on the back. I love the lumbar pillow and I definitely love the leg rest so this was a great buy for me. I've been using this chair as my primary remote WFH office seating for the past few weeks. Very comfy as many others have commented. No issues or complaints for sturdiness and support of my 250 lbs. Fairly easy to assemble with necessary tool(s) included. Good value when compared to others with similar construction and features. Highlights: - Customer Service was remarkably responsive when I requested the available hard floor casters. Had them in hand within a week. Assuming the same would've been true for the also available extended lifter. - Fully padded arms. They're not adjustable, but the padding more than makes up for that..for me. - Firm, supportive seat bottom isn't as cushy as it appears to be but feels like it will stand up over time. - I'm not intending to use the footrest but it looks sturdy enough. It's kinda short for me, @ 5'-11" it hits on my calves. - Recline feature worked well for me once I got it adjusted to the right tension level. I only use it as a slight rock-back recline. Not sure how long the springs, etc. would hold up under constant full reclining. - Seat materials are soft & supple. Hopefully they'll hold up over time. I need to consult with the manufacturer regarding conditioning and care for this type of material. - The loose lumbar pillow was okay as-is other than being loose. I repurposed and attached thru the mid-top cushion to serve as a headrest (see photo). This works great for me and brings needed relief from the neck fatigue and stress I sometimes experience since my cervical spine surgery. ... show more

This chair is quite nice, solid and seems decently made after assembly. The seat is stiffer and firmer than it might look by design, but it ends up being pretty comfy for a heavier person because of that. Arm rests are comfy, and surprisingly (for me at least) the back is more than tall enough to actually rest my head. Biggest thing for buyers to know; This chair does not tilt like a normal office chair, at all. The seat is permanently level with the ground. Instead, the back reclines, which is a very odd feeling for an office chair, but not a problem or a con. Just really different. The lever that controls the height can be pushed in to lock the reclined back at specific angles, and unlocked to recline freely when leaned into. This makes it feel very odd, like some mid point between an office chair and an armchair. Still getting used to it, but I don't consider it a negative, just noteworthy. The chair is high compared to most chairs. Even at the very lowest it can go, it's a quite tall chair. My previous chair could fit under my desk, but this one cannot due to the significant height. This is nice with the high back, as most chairs have nothing behind my head, but the arms and seat are super high off the ground and I have a preference for low chairs. It's not so high that it's weird, but if you need a chair that's low or can get very low, if you have short legs, etc, then this chair might not work out for you. I haven't had it long, but overall it's very nice for the price point. No clue about how well it will endure with time of course, but overall good. ... show more

The chair is very nice looking. The grey color is really nice. Not hard to put together and they included spare parts just in case you lose a couple. The base seems very sturdy and the wheels are quite nice. My previous chair struggled to roll on this flat carpet we have, this one, not a bit. It rolls very well. The chair back is quite comfortable as are the arm rests. The adjustment mechanisms work well. It is a comfortable chair with one thing to keep in mind. They built this to support up to 400lbs. It seems well suited for this. Keep in mind how the seat feels will depend on your size. I am 6' and 235 pounds. It is a firm seat to me. It is still very comfortable when sitting at my desk for a good while working. Sitting doing reports and budgeting and emails and such for a 2 to 3 hours has been great in it. Leaning back to relax and game it can feel a little firm on the sacral area. I asked someone well north of 300 to sit on it and they felt it was very comfy. It is like a memory foam bed, one that is comfy for a 350 football lineman would be very firm to a ballerina and one that is comfy for a ballerina would be squished flat by the lineman. The chair is the same. I think it is well designed and well built to hold up to people over 250 lbs. I like the little footrest as you can sit crossed legged on it or rest your feet on it if you want to lean back for a little gaming with a controller. Customer support has been great. They were very responsive to email. I asked for the rubber wheels and they responded right away on the weekend no less, and sent them out on Monday. The chair comes with a Qr code in the included document with a video to show you how to put it together if you prefer that to reading. Overall, very good experience with this chair and their customer service. I would definitely recommend this chair, especially if you are over 250-300, or even over 215. Chairs that say up to 250 or 275 never seem to last for those of us in the 215-260 range so this works nicely. Good price as well for what feels to be much better quality than many of the $300-700 chairs I see at Office depot. ... show more
