First thing's first, I do love this couch. It's great for the price point, fits well in our smaller apartment, and it has CUP HOLDERS! The middle section flops down to reveal the cup holders which is fantastic for hanging out on your own and stopping your dog from trying to eat your french fries. It's beyond easy to turn the couch into bed mode. You just lift the back section until you hear a click and drop it. Compared to other sofa beds, it is super easy to set up. We have loved the ease of putting the sofa into bed mode so we could lay down on the couch to watch TV, and despite the size of the couch, we have enough room for both my husband and I AND our 30lb dog to hang out together. The only downsides of this couch are that it isn't the most comfortable couch in the world. As it is a more modern design, it is not as plush as other couches. The pillows for the arms are small and attached by velcro, while not great for leaning on while reading, my corgi loves to fall asleep on the arms. This couch was the easiest piece of furniture I've assembled during my recent move. You just screw in the legs with an allen key, included in the box. The box was heavier than the couch itself, and it was easy to stand it up when assembly was finished. I loved that they have zipper compartments on the bottom of the couch to place the arm cushions, an easy solution for moving our couch and keeping everything together should we move again. ... show more

I needed a small couch for my "dude room," and was tempted based on the price and average four star review. I became hesitant after looking further and seeing a lot of negative reviews, but I became less concerned once I got it and put it together. Pros: If you're using it for a guy room or dorm room, it's cheap and it gets the job done. The faux leather actually looks halfway decent. If it's something you're just going to be using to take up space and sit on every now and then, it's a great value for $200. It's also pretty easy to put together too. I also don't think it's nearly as uncomfortable as most reviews are saying. If it was your main couch, then yeah I would agree it's uncomfortable. But if you're just going to use it sporadically or have a guest sit down with you for a little bit, then it's fine. It's about the same comfort level as a couch in a waiting room or a nice one at the airport. Cons: It's clearly cheaply made. The fabric underneath the couch ripped just by zipping apart the little storage compartment. The "armrests" are little cushions that barely velcro to the sides. The cupholder that drops down is wobbly and guaranteed to spill your drink if you actually used it. It's clear to me that this thing would quickly wear down under heavy use. That isn't going to be a big deal for me because my office chair gets way more use than the couch ever will. But I would NOT use this as a living room couch. This is absolutely not the thing to get for anything beyond a guy room or dorm room. If you buy it for something that it's not, you won't like it. It seems like pretty decent quality but it is the most uncomfortable futon I have ever sat on. You constantly have to keep fixing the middle part that can lay down and be cup holders or lay against the back and is supposed to be flush. It doesn’t stay up very well. Got to go in the LQ part of horse trailer. We took out old boot box/jackknife seating area and got this instead. Rather impressed with the leatherette and it’s rather nice to sit on. Me and my bf have a 480sqft apartment as well as a king size bed so if you’re looking for something on the smaller side this is perfect. It’s not tiny but it’s the perfect size! Assembly was super easy all you have to do is take the pillows out the back park and then screw on the legs and the cup holder. I love the green color, I think it looks a little brighter online but in person it’s the perfect shade, it’s a nice dark olive/dark moss green it’s very pretty. The only complaint I have is that the back part looks ugly if it’s not against the wall so we decided to just hang a blanket over it but other than that it’s perfect and sturdy.
