I was a bit cautious about this purchase because I typically don't buy anything on Amazon with sub-4 star ratings, but I took a chance on this couch and I'm glad I did. It shipped promptly and arrived in two large boxes - you'll definitely need two people to move the boxes and assemble this couch, but assembly was fairly straightforward. It took my friend and I a little more than an hour to get it fully put together. The cushions come flat in vacuum-sealed bags - I kept them in their packaging until it was time to put everything together, and they took about a day to fully fluff up. Note that the back cushions and armrest pillows are not exceptionally fluffy, as other reviewers have noted, but they definitely do the job and you could easily add throw pillows for extra comfort. I've had this couch set up for about a week now, and I mostly keep it in sleeper bed mode because it's so cozy. I have a pretty small apartment, and I love that I can host movie nights or have a friend stay the night if needed. It also works well as extra seating. The sleeper mode does not go all the way flat as pictured - you still have the backrest that stays upright - but seeing as I've fallen asleep on this couch multiple times, I don't think that will be an issue with overnight guests. The storage chaise is a huge plus for storing extra blankets or bedding too. The boucle fabric is very soft and looks amazing, but I will note that if you have pets, it's easy for them to snag their nails on. Just something to keep in mind! My experience with the pull-out couch has been nothing short of frustrating. The advertised dimensions were misleading, turning what should have been a seamless addition to my space into a logistical nightmare. I purchased this product almost solely on the size of the sleeping area. It turns out that it’s 7inches shorter than advertised. I’m not sure if they pay for reviews but the only other review mentioning the size discrepancy is buried in wave of reviews. The product's quality is also a letdown, with cheap materials that scream lack of durability. The wood slats are awful and the welds are inconsistent. This is my third pull-out/sleeper purchased around this price point and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. It's disappointing when a piece of furniture doesn't live up to expectations, especially when you rely on accurate product information for an online purchase. Adding to the dissatisfaction is the customer service, which proved to be unhelpful and unresponsive. I expected a smoother resolution process, but it seems the company falls short in addressing customer concerns. It took over 48 hours for them to just tell me to send the couch back. Attempting to return the couch has become a Herculean task due to its substantial size and impractical packing requirements. The boxes the couch came in were damaged during shipping and the seller seemed unbothered by this. Per policy it would be my job to dismantle the product (understandably), and to pay for shipping materials (frustrating). It’s a pain to spend 2 hours building something only to realize that the item is smaller than advertised and to have to spend more time to dismantle it and pack it up. Then to take the 200 pound item to a courier. The sheer inconvenience of managing the return process has left me questioning the overall integrity of this company Three days in, the third party seller offered me a partial refund in order to buy a trundle frame and bedding to extend the sleeping area to meet the advertised size. Sadly, it means another thing to store and have to set up, taking the ease out of using this couch. In summary, this pull-out couch has been a regrettable purchase, from inaccurate dimensions to subpar quality and unhelpful customer service.     • Perfect for what I was looking for

I was really worried ordering this couch because of all the negative reviews I read. But I’m on a tight budget and my family desperately needed to make the best of our little living room. For reference, my previous couch didn’t have any storage or really any place to put our feet so movie nights were uncomfortable to say the least. I had seen this couch on TikTok and loved the fact it was “fuzzy”. While it is soft and cute, because it is a Sherpa material, EVERYTHING gets caught in it. Hair, fur, lint, you name it. I already knew this would be an issue and planned on getting a cover so it’s not an issue for me, but just so you guys are aware. Everything came at the same time (I know a few people said boxes came at different times or days) and the boxes were not damaged. It took two of us about an hour and a half to set the whole thing up, so assembly was easy. Directions are pretty clear in my opinion. The storage capacity is fairly decent. I haven’t utilized it yet but the chaise and the pullout part work smoothly without any catching. The backrest is shorter but as a previous reviewer mentioned, if you add pillows it’s comfy. My only problem is it feels a little thin when sitting on it as a couch. But that is an easy fix. I do plan on putting more filling in the seat cushions. It’s the perfect size for both my boyfriend and I and could probably fit 2 more people if need be. Easy to put together. Good sized storage under chaise. Fast shipping & delivery. Can’t beat the price!! I’ve already accidentally fallen asleep on it so I guess you could say it’s definitely comfortable. Perfect size for our apartment & gives us an extra bed for guests. The material/ fabric is soft and good quality & the color is spot on with the images in the listing. I’ve already recommended on my tiktok & will recommend it to whoever I can especially those not wanting to pay twice the price for the same item elsewhere!!
