The chair was easy to assembly and I soon had replaced my old chair. At the price, it is more of a bargain than I would have expected. The packaging was innovative with parts stored in the back of the back rest. It is significantly smaller than my earlier chair but it is adequate and I cannot complain about the price. It sits comfortably and the ability to adjust height works perfectly. I would have preferred less tension on the back tilt feature but suspect that this will loosen with use. For some reason, the beige or “white” color of this chair is priced about $20 less than its brown and black counterparts. While I can understand the appeal of a darker, more traditional office chair, I personally enjoy the bit of contrast this lighter color brings to my setup. Against my all-black desk and monitor, it adds a small but noticeable touch of brightness that feels refreshing without being distracting. Build Quality & Assembly This chair is sturdy, well-constructed, and easy to assemble. From the moment I unboxed it, the materials felt solid—there’s no flimsy or cheap sensation when sitting in it for extended periods. Assembly was straightforward, and from the time I received the package at my apartment door to the moment I had it fully set up, no more than 20 minutes had passed. All excess packaging was easily stowed back into the box, making cleanup just as seamless as the setup process. Comfort & Adjustability After two weeks of use, I can confidently say the cushions strike a great balance between firmness and comfort. They are not so soft that they lose support over time, nor so rigid that they cause discomfort during long work sessions. As someone who stands at 5’9”, the height adjustment is perfect for my setup, and I believe it would accommodate a wide range of users comfortably. I made the switch from a four-year-old chair of a similar style, which had developed persistent squeaking and no longer held its height adjustment. Feels okay for such a cheap chair. Relatively easy set-up. The covers for the screws are incredibly flimsy. 2 of them fell out at the moments of installation. The cushion is very thin and will likely deteriorate quickly. Rolls smooth (it is only the first few days) but rolls loudly. If you’re not wanting to spend a fortune for an office chair, look no further. This is a perfect option for the price. It looks nice and does the job, but let me get into the details if you’re wanting to factor those in before you purchase: - The chair itself is comfortable and there was no evidence of damage to any of the pieces when they arrived. - I would be cautious with the amount of times you zip/unzip the back piece. It seems like the zipper might eventually come undone in the corner with excessive use. - This is not the manufacturer’s fault, BUT be very careful when you are taking all of the pieces out of the box and back of chair before assembly. On the part of one of the wheels that is inserted into the bottom of the chair, the small metal ring which secures it in place fell off, so that wheel will fall out occasionally. - It spins/rotates and can be lowered/increased in height very smoothly.
