Arrived 2 days early with all the parts and instructions. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. i like the fact that i didn't have to use any of my own tools and now I have 3 spare allen wrenches. Assembly was pretty simple too. Well the chair isn’t perfect, but it’s perfect for the price. At least it was easy to build and looks nice. It’s a little rocky. Not the most comfortable, for sure, but surprisingly comfortable when I thought it was going to be like sitting on a bench. I wouldn’t DARE try the tilt and I have no plans to do so. Not bad once assembled. Let me lead off that I have a disability in one hand so putting it together could have been so much easier with full functionality of both hands. I would recommend having a rubber mallet handy; one wheel uses a swing down leg, and that was tough to get in otherwise. Some WD40 came in to help some wheels fit into place. Locking wheels would be nice, but not a deal breaker without. The instructions are not bad. All the parts were present. Plus a few spares are included. A helper would have been handy, but I was forced to work solo. All in total, probably 90 minutes to get it together. It is good in looks, and seems to provide decent low back support. My old chair had worn out its gas cylinder, and I was not prepared to try to replace with a hand disability. The price on this was a strong point. I was not interested in spending many hundreds bon an office chair. I will also add that there was a bit of struggling to get some screws to catch in their threaded holes, but in the end the chair is complete. I hope it to last a long while. And for those being sticklers on country of manufacture the box indicates it was made in Vietnam. ... show more

This chair was exactly what I needed. I am 5’5 and this chair was extremely comfortable, the perfect size. It was super easy to assemble and feels very sturdy. The back support is great.
