Really nice quality chair for the money. This feels better than the Office Depot chair that I spent double the price on. The ergonomic are nice with plenty of lumbar support. Would be nice if the lumbar support was adjustable, but as is, it's pretty supportive. The headrest is nice and has lots of adjustment points. The mesh fabric is a little rough on skin that isn't covered by clothing, but overall it solved the problem of my old chair, which made my tailbone (coccyx) hurt after sitting in it for several hours. Now I can work comfortably without issue. The mesh is also very breathable and cool which adds to the comfort. I also really like the adjustable armrests. I can fold them up completely and have them out of the way or I can adjust the height of them to maximize my comfort while typing. The parts and materials of the chair feel strong and durable, and I don't think that there will be any issues of premature wear or breaking. I feel confident in the longetivty of this chair so far. It was also very easy to assemble and it included a nice Allen wrench with a t-handle to make assembly easier. Lastly, the manufacturer was nice enough to send me the roller blade wheels as well when I reached out to them. I wasn't able to find them for purchase on their store front, but would have happily paid for them if it were an option. I purchased another office chair in early 2021 (for home use), at a time when there were fewer options (during the pandemic), and it was a US company, and it *looked* like it was well-made -- but well, it really wasn't (Anonymous). The installation was difficult, it had some manufacturing defects, it wasn't really that comfortable, and it broke after 2 1/2 years (and the warranty had run out). So, I ordered this chair from Gabrylly (after many great reviews), and what a contrast! Let me go point by point: 1) The chair was delivered the same day by Amazon. Wow. 2) The packaging was excellent, everything fits nicely in one box, and was well-protected. 3) The assembly was simple -- it took less than an hour, using only one tool provided by the vendor. 4) The price was about $100 less than my prior chair. 5) The chair is all made of durable mesh, which is a better surface to sit on, and doesn't attract as much dust (and dog hair). 6) The chair adjustments are perfectly adequate to allow me to adjust the ergonomics appropriately. Nothing too fancy, but it is perfect for my needs. 7) The headrest is extremely comfortable, and adjustable. My prior chair had one too, so I knew I wanted this feature. 8) The arms are adjustable, and *can be tilted up* so that I can slide the chair *under my desk* (out of the way)! Nice feature! 9) It's a great looking chair. I chose the Gray option. 10) I've used the chair for several days, and can safely say this chair is much more comfortable -- due to the use of mesh (versus a cushion, as with my prior chair) for the main support. I typically work 8 hours per day in this chair. 11) I've never had to use the Customer Support, but based on other reviews, I'm guessing that it will be very good. 12) The warranty is for more than 2 years (5 years!). 13) As I was checking my recent order on Amazon, I noticed a price drop. So, I reached out to their Customer Support team, and they are crediting me the difference. Wow! I have read many other reviews about the awesome customer support, so I should not have been surprised. Overall, a great chair -- at an even better price today! This is a seriously amazing office chair! I've had mine for close to two months now and I couldn't be happier. My girlfriend tried it and liked it so much that she got one for her office. I liked mine so much that I bought another for our basement computer den. The mesh material is strong and supporting. I'm on the heavier side and had some concerns that the seat may lose support, but so far I've noticed zero wear. Our cats don't seem to have any interest in scratching the mesh thankfully, but I have every reason to believe the chair would hold up to mild to moderate wear from pets. As other reviewers have observed, this chair does force you into a more upright posture, which is something I consider a huge plus as someone with neck pain and who has a bad habit of slouching. I WFH, and I've noticed a considerable reduction in fatigue and strain felt throughout my body from long hours of sedentary computer work. The adjustments and reclining are so smooth. Aside from it's purpose as a office chair, reclining in it and putting your feet up on an ottoman or footrest is so comfy and great for watching TV or gaming sessions. One minor critique is that the seat level doesn't go down very far. I'm 5'8" and my feet still rest flat at the lowest height setting, but if you're shorter in stature, you may need a padded footrest to have your feet rest comfortably below you. The neck/head rest has a height and angle adjustment, making the chair configurable to people of many sizes. Another minor critique is that the casters that come with the chair aren't super high quality, but we've bought roller blade casters for each one of our chairs on Amazon, and for $20 each it's such a dramatic improvement in function and style. In short, I highly, highly recommend this chair. If you're considering budget options, trust me, it's worth it to spend a little more for the quality and comfort.
