The wheels seem to be fine for vinyl plank flooring, the seat is comfortable for extended periods of time, and the armrests are low-profile yet useful. Aligning the screw holes for connecting the backrest to the base was very difficult, but eventually workable. It does make a sound and move slightly/temporarily out of place if I lay on the backrest. I cannot comment on the height adjustment, as I always keep it at its lowest setting. I've owned and used the chair regularly for about two months now. I'm a 200 lbs. (90 kg) man. Pros: Much more affordable than similar office chairs, reasonably comfortable, sturdy when not moving, very easy to assemble, castors all work smoothly on laminate floor Cons: The chair feels like it will fall over with me in it if I bend to grab something from the lower drawer of my file cabinet, it doesn't feel quite as sturdy when I'm rolling around on the castors Although I wouldn't say it is a con for me, I will agree with other reviewers who said the space between the armrests is a bit narrow, so if you have wide hips, that might be an issue for you. No problem here, though. Many of the negative things I read before purchasing this product (e.g. hard to put together, seat not being level, missing parts, strut not working) simply haven't been a problem for me--at least so far. I was previously using a metal fold-out chair before this one, so this felt like a very solid upgrade for not too much money. Thinking about buying another one or two of them to replace some of my older office chairs around the house. The back support is perfect. The chair is perfect , however the seat might be a little snug if you are a larger person. If assembled incorrectly you may have to loosen up the arms and slide them out and retighten. Great price definitely worth every penny ✨ I love how wide the seat is/ it’s flat though (although not uncomfortabley) and it’s like a mesh texture/ (it’s good for wider hips and thighs) if you sweat a lot it’s breathable, the back support is 10/10 !! It’s great if you work at a desk for hours on end my tail bone feels great so far. it goes up to a nice height for taller people and it also goes down lower for my shorter people 🩷 hope this helps ... show more

I've purchased 3 of these. They are quite a comfortable working office chair. Not hard to assemble. But after a couple of years there are various failures. One is popping the bolt that holds the right side armrest (which basically holds the whole right side together). One I had to dispose of when the side arm broke with a sharp edge to my middle.
