My main complaint would be that no matter how much you tighten the chair the joints seem to creak a bit when you sit and move around on it, and I'm not a particularly big or heavy person. It's fairly comfortable, as long as you realize that you have to lock the height mechanism in order to lean back. I don't know if that was in the manual and I just missed it, but I was pretty confused by the lack of lean for a while until I figured out that I had to lock the height adjustment first. Without being able to lean back the seat slopes down ever so slightly, so it's crucial to be able to lean back at least a little. ... show more
