First when I opened the box I thought it was cheap and flimsy, then I was more disappointed when I read how to put it together. I thought it would constantly fall off tracks and be useless. To my pleasant surprise once it was done and I flipped it over it was pretty darn sturdy and stable. What I love is the way you can make it longer or keep it closed for a couple of dishes. It slides out so easily and it stops before it comes apart. It sorta reminds me of the dining room tables with the leaf. Then the biggest and best design I’ve ever seen in the middle of the dish drain it actually dips in and there is a drain, so the excess water can drain into this small canal that opens at the sink so the water never sits at the bottom or no more tilted to run the water off,, it does it all by itself. It is hard to keep the together when it slides out. Even with the part that slides out it’s very small. I was able to fit 4 items on it. A 2 small bowl, small plate and cup took up the entire thing. I definitely want my money back on this item

I love, love, love the STYLE of this dish rack! Once I figured out how to assemble it, I tested it out. I even poured a glass of water down it like another reviewer and it drained right on out! The only con would be it's not WIDE enough. If I have a large amount of dishes (no dishwasher here), I may need to buy another one or use a drying mat beside it. The type of rack is, however, ideal. And, the price was good! ... show more

I love how this dish rack looks. The instructions were not complete, which was frustrating, but we finally figured it out. The “foot covers” included do not stay on the rack. The slightest bump or lift and they fall right off.

It wasn’t easy to put it together. I had to get somebody to do it for me. They even had a problem and I don’t like it. The usage is not the way it’s supposed to be. It doesn’t work well.

    • A GREAT design solution for washing dishes
LOVE this thing. We've been married over 50 years, so we remember washing all our dishes by hand. Just recently our dishwasher died, and we've been too busy to go buy another one. I purchased this unit as its just made so logically in comparison to those made by the competitors. Nothing drips on the counter, all drips are directed to a central drain, and a tube removes all water to drip into the sink. I wouldn't change a thing in the design. I figured it would come in handy when washing pots & pans & during larger meals at holidays. Eventually we'll get around to replacing the dishwasher, but in the meantime I am truly enjoying washing my own dishes again. ... show more
