Heat settings are negligible. If you put it on High you can't feel the heat unless you put your hand on it and press it into your neck. The low to Medium heat settings you may as well leave alone. The massager?? I could get a better massager from my electric toothbrush. Don't buy it!!! Junk!!

This is easy to use. I broke my leg, but my biggest problem has been muscle cramps in my leg. This is soothing and relaxing. I use it before bedtime, just before I shut off the light for the night. It has helped me immensely.

I should have read the description better. I was expecting a heating pad that covered the whole knee. This one is very narrow and would help a child more than an adult. I tried it out anyway and with the massage on high, I could barely feel it. Also the high heat setting was just a little warm. I returned it. I wish I could find one that would cover the whole knee and actually have heat. ... show more

This is a terrible product I actually sent it back for a refund instead of getting a refund they sent me another one you can barely feel the heat it’s hard to wrap around especially along your elbow and it’s not worth it save your money

I really like how versatile this is! It can fit people of all sizes and can be used in a huge variety of ways. Pretty cool! I really like how you can use the thumb-hole to get a good focus on your wrist, but that same area can just be used as a Velcro strap elsewhere on your person. Pretty convenient. I really like the USB cord here. That makes it perfect for me to use when I am at work on my computer. Nice! This has a mild vibration but a surprisingly strong heat factor.
