I have terrible menstrual cramps and heating pads never cut it. Mainly because they don't maintain heat long enough, shut off after a period of time and are not portable. These were great! While i would love the heat to be more constant, i found with occasional re-adjustments i was able to use this for about 5 hours and receive heat. Was a great way to help my cramping. It did not get rid of my cramping however due to my severity, nothing usually does so i imagine for some this may actually eliminate it. ... show more

Easy to use. The temperature is prefect for my pain it helps 100%. I can use this when I have to go to work or when I run errands. Am so glad this is now available. I feel the price is great for the quality. Size is prefect.

the warmth helps. a hysterectomy would have been more thorough, but this is sort of a warm band aid, i guess. it sometimes sticks to the knickers, sometimes falls off, which can be embarrassing. if you stick it on your tummy, the heat won't burn you or anything, but my abdomen is so used to heating pads by now... anyway, it helps, and it doesn't make me throw up like tylenol and advil. ... show more

This feels nice and warm , stone start getting hard on touch with skin. Sometimes it may feel little more hot. Hipe you dont have a sensitive skin. It is great for travel or outdoors and when you are in pain

I do not recommend buying from this seller. It’s very obvious that these are bought in bulk and then repackaged. I’ve used two out of the 6 I bought and they barely even get warm where as the ones I’ve bought from the store which are package in an actual box get very hot and actually provide relief. These were a waste of money and I will not be buying them again through Amazon. ... show more
