Perfect for the lower back area and period cramps! This wearable plug in heating pad is nice and simple to use, and provides a comfortable amount of heat and massages pretty well too. I personally love it, as it does a great job at soothing my lower back/lumbar pain. The massage itself is more of a vibration, and you can set it to 3 different patterns with 2 intensities. The heat also has 2 intensities, but both are comfortable. You wear this like a belt, and the extra piece that increases the size of the band stays in place and still is comfortable to wear, and the band itself is thick enough but not too thick to feel the massagers pressing into you. You can also flip it over so the cords lay on your left or right side, which can help with where you're plugging the massage belt in, and you can even wear it on your belly to help soothe any discomfort you may be experiencing there as well. ... show more

I don't have any medical need for this, but rather just got it to keep warm during the colder months, and for me it works very well for this function. I like how it is "cordless" in the sense that it uses a battery and doesn't need to be plugged into a power source while you use it. This is nice, so I am not tied down while using it. Despite having a battery, it is lighter than I expected. The battery also seems to last multiple 30-minutes cycles. My one initial issue is that even when using unplugged, there are cords and internal components (see photos) that pressed up against my ribs. It would be nice if there were added padding to make it more comfortable, but this was an easy fix if I just use the product upside down. To clarify, if you wear the pad with the Comfier logo right side up, the cords face upward and are on the left side. When I flip it and the cords face down on the right side, it doesn't press against anything. The vibration feature is a nice addition and is relaxing. It gets plenty warm for me, especially if I don't wear too many layers underneath it, so I typically wear it between my T-shirt and sweatshirt. Thick layers would also dampen the vibration massage, so it is more effective with less layers underneath it. Overall,D I am very pleased with this purchase. ... show more

This heating pad is ok. I feel some things need improvement such as battery duration. It seems to lose it quickly. Heat function could be more heated. I do like the different modes and easy to use remote functions. I think a pocket holder would be nice to tuck the remote in when walking around. Overall it’s very soft and fit securely when wearing. I like this heating pad because it has thickness so that it gives you lumbar support as you’re being Being massaged and the heat which really helps. I don’t think I can call it a cure all as I don’t think any heating pad can do that, but it certainly feels good and is very soothing. I didn’t want a cordless, although it would be very convenient, but every review I read always complained about the batteries. The extension that comes with it is very nice and works well. It’s the same thickness as the rest of the heating pad, which is nice because the other one that I had purchased earlier had a peice of one side of a Velcro strip. I saw no way of it working other than to sew it on there. My only complaint is, I think they should make them a little bit bigger I I wear a size 16 and have to use the extension. A lot of people are larger than that. that being said it’s a very nice heating pad for your lower back because you can with the extension push it down further toward your hips, to really get the lower lower back. I like this so well, I ordered another one so obviously I think it’s a good product and I would recommend it. I didn’t think I would like the massage that much because my bed does that as well but it’s more intense when it’s in the lumbar support of your back. ... show more

the best part about this is that it is cordless, it’s easy to wear, easy to store, and easy to charge. but it is a heating pad and while it does feel great while it heats up, it doesn’t maintain the heat for very long. it goes through cycles of heating up and then cooling down considerably… and it gets cold and makes you wonder if it is malfunctioning but then it starts to heat up again. the cooling down and cold cycles last for several minutes and feels longer than the heating up cycle. For this reason i give it a “meh” score. if it maintained heat more evenly and didn't get so cool in between heat cycles, i’d give it more stars. The vibrations are just that, it just wiggles the belt on your body and it is loud. For me, i can take or leave the vibrations.. i don’t see that being a feature that would make me like this belt more than a regular heating pad without vibrations. the stars i did give it really come from being cordless and convenient… overall, it is just an okay product. ... show more

I have never had a heating pad with vibration, just those hot water bottles that you have to refill & I get really bad period cramps that also go into my lower back so it’s annoying to have to refill the hot water bottles and I can’t put them on my back unless I want to pop them. I also heard from a friend that vibration also helps a lot with cramping so I searched and found that comfier has a vibration heating pad and so far I love all of their products so I got it and let me tell you it did not disappoint! It includes an extender in case the belt is not enough and you don’t have to worry about recharging it because it is wired.
