I actually like these. Easy to apply, they stick well and they actually work! They relieved my pain the first time that I used them, I was pleasantly surprised. I will buy these again. P.S. and they are easy to peel the backing off, unlike a back patch that I purchased which was a mess.

Having used various pain patches, I was pleased to discover this one was safer than most for sensitive skin. Worn all day (10 + hours) on both knees- kept my knees from buckling pain while working. The smell is slightly noticeable if you are also sensitive to fragrance/spicy scents. (I cut ✂️ one in half and used it for my thumb/carpal tunnel pain and saved the other half for later. I noticed a strange smell and later realized it was the pain patch. Easy fix, just seal it in a plastic bag - all good.) Bonus benefit is the peel-off pre-cut backing! I was looking for knee patches to replace a favorite brand that was no longer available. I choose this brand based on the ingredients listed. However the ingredients list appears to be inaccurate, as the patch contains an ingredient not listed that has a strong, horrible, off-putting aroma that does not dissipate and makes the patches unusable.
