The smell is slightly noticeable if you are also sensitive to fragrance/spicy scents. (I cut ✂️ one in half and used it for my thumb/carpal tunnel pain and saved the other half for later. I noticed a strange smell and later realized it was the pain patch. Easy fix, just seal it in a plastic bag - all good.) Bonus benefit is the peel-off pre-cut backing! I actually like these. Easy to apply, they stick well and they actually work! They relieved my pain the first time that I used them, I was pleasantly surprised. I will buy these again. P.S. and they are easy to peel the backing off, unlike a back patch that I purchased which was a mess.

I have very bad pain in my knees. I have a meniscus tear in one of them and I was skeptical about these patches, because I didn't think they would work for that particular knee. I am very happy to say that I was wrong. I can get up out of my bed or from sitting down on a chair, without pain. I will be purchasing more just to have them forever. They work people, go ahead and purchase them. Maybe it's the menthol that's in it. I don't know, but whatever it is, it works for me. I'm definitely not sorry that I bought them. They are extremely comfortable too. I forgot to say it is also waterproof. I take my shower when I have it on my knees and it didn't come off. It stayed. I love that. ... show more
