Having used various pain patches, I was pleased to discover this one was safer than most for sensitive skin. Worn all day (10 + hours) on both knees- kept my knees from buckling pain while working. The smell is slightly noticeable if you are also sensitive to fragrance/spicy scents. (I cut ✂️ one in half and used it for my thumb/carpal tunnel pain and saved the other half for later. I noticed a strange smell and later realized it was the pain patch. Easy fix, just seal it in a plastic bag - all good.) Bonus benefit is the peel-off pre-cut backing! I was looking for knee patches to replace a favorite brand that was no longer available. I choose this brand based on the ingredients listed. However the ingredients list appears to be inaccurate, as the patch contains an ingredient not listed that has a strong, horrible, off-putting aroma that does not dissipate and makes the patches unusable. I have very bad pain in my knees. I have a meniscus tear in one of them and I was skeptical about these patches, because I didn't think they would work for that particular knee. I am very happy to say that I was wrong. I can get up out of my bed or from sitting down on a chair, without pain. I will be purchasing more just to have them forever. They work people, go ahead and purchase them. Maybe it's the menthol that's in it. I don't know, but whatever it is, it works for me. I'm definitely not sorry that I bought them.
