i got this bc my old heating pad was giving out and i wanted an upgrade. i was very excited to see a weighted heating pad bc i usually hav to hold them down manually to get enough heat which is very inconvenient. this pad is a nice size, it can cover my whole torso but is also ok for a shoulder or leg. the material is very soft and comfortable. the control is easy to use and the backlight (only turns on when u press a button) is very handy. my only issue with this product is the temperature. the top two settings (8 and 9) are good for me for mild pains and muscle aches, but i got this product for pain relief and it does not get hot enough to do anything about my more severe pains, like muscle and digestive cramps. the 9 level of heat is what i would want the 5 or 6 level to be. the lower levels of heat are still nice and with the weight it is very comforting. i still think this is a very good product, i will still use it, i just wish it got a bit hotter. it seems thoughtfully designed and so far it works well. ... show more

I purchased this heating pad on September 26, 2023 and it’s the first product of this brand I have purchased. It worked great for 4 months but then it stopped working and wouldn’t turn on anymore. The company only offers a 30 day return policy, but they replaced my product for free even after 4 months. The company has great customer service and was quick to respond to my issue. They offered to send a replacement and I received it in 2 days! I love this heating pad! It is the perfect weight for a weighted heating pad, it is not too heavy. Love this product until it stopped heating. I have bought 4 of these and have had trouble with more than one. I really like the weighted pad and the ability to change the temperature and the heat. I hope the company figures out why the pad stops working after such a short time.

I suffer from very painful inoperable abdominal adhesions and endometriosis and spend at least 12 hours a day under a heating pad, I'm actually writing this while currently using it. I use lots of different types of heating pads, but this one is by far my absolute favorite of all time. It's extremely soft and comforting, and the size allows full abdominal coverage. Sometimes I require really high concentrated heat in areas of extreme pain, and this heating pad provides it, allowing the heat to target those areas where I need it most. I sleep with it on my abdomen every single night, it stays in place since it's weighted, and it stays on all night, which allows me enough comfort to sleep. It also produces amazingly high heat at the max setting. I cannot recommend this heating pad enough, and I've even shared it on my social media with the chronic pain community so others know about it. I am currently on my second one after wearing the first one out from extensive usage over a year, and I want to get a couple more to keep in other rooms of my home. They also make a great gift, and are lovely for warming a cold bed on winter nights. If you're in the market for a quality heating pad, this is The One. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this heating pad & especially the weighted feature and it is so soft! My only complaint is that I wish it got a lot hotter than it did. For most people it’s probably fine, but I have chronic pain so I need something very very hot to make a big difference in the pain (which is why I bought this). It still helps but not as much as some of the ones I’ve had before that had higher heating temperatures. I’m not sure how hot this one actually is, it’s rated 0-9. updated review: as much as i loved it and it’s features plus how hot it got for my back pain, i need to update here and say- i’ve bought two now because the first one finally stopped working after maybe about a year- which i thought okay, well i use it constantly maybe it’s just too much wear & tear? so i bought a second. this one broke even quicker, same issue too. the cord that attaches to the pad has some type of shorting out issue & the remote just blinks (F for error?) over and over and sometimes if i move the cord around it will start working for a bit, but this only worked for a week or so until that no longer did the trick and it was done once this issue began. I’m sad about this because i did love them at first, but they keep breaking on me! ... show more

I've had many heating pads in my day. However, this is the most comfortable and efficient one yet. It works very well and most of all if you fall asleep on it, you won't get burned. It heats up very quick and is soft to lay on or use. Highly recommended.

This is my second heating pad like this. LOVE the weight of it. First one lasted a couple years and this last one lasted two months. It did get daily use but disappointed that it already has an issue and now I cannot return. Not sure the issue as everything looks correct but it will not heat up anymore. :( ... show more
