Perfect for the lower back area and period cramps! This wearable plug in heating pad is nice and simple to use, and provides a comfortable amount of heat and massages pretty well too. I personally love it, as it does a great job at soothing my lower back/lumbar pain. The massage itself is more of a vibration, and you can set it to 3 different patterns with 2 intensities. The heat also has 2 intensities, but both are comfortable. You wear this like a belt, and the extra piece that increases the size of the band stays in place and still is comfortable to wear, and the band itself is thick enough but not too thick to feel the massagers pressing into you. I don't have any medical need for this, but rather just got it to keep warm during the colder months, and for me it works very well for this function. I like how it is "cordless" in the sense that it uses a battery and doesn't need to be plugged into a power source while you use it. This is nice, so I am not tied down while using it. Despite having a battery, it is lighter than I expected. The battery also seems to last multiple 30-minutes cycles. My one initial issue is that even when using unplugged, there are cords and internal components (see photos) that pressed up against my ribs. It would be nice if there were added padding to make it more comfortable, but this was an easy fix if I just use the product upside down. To clarify, if you wear the pad with the Comfier logo right side up, the cords face upward and are on the left side. When I flip it and the cords face down on the right side, it doesn't press against anything. The vibration feature is a nice addition and is relaxing. It gets plenty warm for me, especially if I don't wear too many layers underneath it, so I typically wear it between my T-shirt and sweatshirt. Thick layers would also dampen the vibration massage, so it is more effective with less layers underneath it. Overall,D I am very pleased with this purchase. ... show more

I bought this heating pad back June. I have been using this heating pad for few months, overall it's a good product and worth the money I spent. I got the black one, it won't show dirty that easy. The package came on time and in good shape. The quality of this product is very solid. Well made. Very thick and soft. I am not very big, so the front seems a little big for me, even I wrapped the belt. You probably can bend the front and tied even more, but I didn't do that, I am afraid that I would mess up the wire inside. The heat level is good, pretty hot on the higher setting. I think it actually hotter than the other heating pad (like a small blanket) I just bought. The massage function is just vibration, it has three options. I usually just use the 1st option, I like it keep vibrating. The other two has a little break in the between. I can't tell much difference between the 2settings of the Intensity. First of using this pad, I can't figure out what setting I chose, I just random press the buttons. Later on I noticed the light on the controller will dim if you chose less heat. The light will change when you chose different massage mode as well. I use this pad for my belly pain and back sore. It does reduce some of the pain when I set it on the high level heat with vibration. But I like to put some weight(my hands) on the belt to make it works even better. When I had back pain, back sore, I laid on my belly and put the pad on my back, the heat and vibration helps to easy my back problems. One thing I wish this heating pad could have is "stay on" function. It shuts off after 30mins using. I guess it won't let you turn it on until it cools down. My pain won't go away in 30mins. so during that period of time I had to use my other heating pad without massage function. Maybe I should get two of these, so I can rotate them and keep them on and on. Overall, this product is worth the money I spent. I am glad I bought this. ... show more

I really like this back belt; it has reduced my back pain tremendously. Not perfect, but really good. The good: easy to operate with minimum buttons to push, strong massaging - the whole chair vibrates, produces lots of heat that easily penetrates jeans, flannel shirts, etc., The bad: It's quite bulky and can be uncomfortable especially in the front, the belt is short (I'm 6'1", 185 lbs. with a 35" waist) and I have to use the extension, it automatically shuts off after 30 minutes but that's a part of the safety design. All in all, a quality product that has helped my chronic back pain much more than previous belts I've had. ... show more

the best part about this is that it is cordless, it’s easy to wear, easy to store, and easy to charge. but it is a heating pad and while it does feel great while it heats up, it doesn’t maintain the heat for very long. it goes through cycles of heating up and then cooling down considerably… and it gets cold and makes you wonder if it is malfunctioning but then it starts to heat up again. the cooling down and cold cycles last for several minutes and feels longer than the heating up cycle. For this reason i give it a “meh” score. if it maintained heat more evenly and didn't get so cool in between heat cycles, i’d give it more stars. The vibrations are just that, it just wiggles the belt on your body and it is loud. For me, i can take or leave the vibrations.. i don’t see that being a feature that would make me like this belt more than a regular heating pad without vibrations. the stars i did give it really come from being cordless and convenient… overall, it is just an okay product. ... show more
