Injured my back playing basketball (forgot I'm not in my teens/twenties anymore) and was in a lot of pain. I wore these heat packs for a couple of days with some back mobility work and I was back to my regular self!

I am a vendor who needs to bend in weird ways to set up tables and tents and other heavy things. When I have many events in a row, my sciatic problems increase, but I will put one of these on my back and wear it for 24 hours so I can actually walk each morning when I get up.

Perfect heating belt during travel

I spend a lot of time gardening in the summer…resulting in low back pain. These pads work extremely well. My back pain is relieved within minutes. I leave on all night however. The next morning I’m ready to garden again. They really do work for up to 19 hours too.

good heat for about 8-10 hrs - open and let air about 15 minutes before putting on to let "heat" start to work they need to make a larger size L-XL is what I get and have to stretch the stretchy part for them to fit - do wish they made larger sizes, small people are not the only ones with back pain T

Just warm for 1 hr, but heats up

I've had it on for 30+ min and it's just warm. Even when I press it into my back. Just sitting there, I barely feel any warmth at all. UPDATE It took 1-2 hrs, but it got nice and hot, and stayed hot for many hrs.
