    • Contrast mode is the jam!
I received this literally an hour ago and am already compelled to tell people about it. Its fantastic. While the surface area may be smaller than some other options, it does work quite well. Best part being the contrast mode of alternating heat and cold. This is a fantastic feature and is already helping with my aches and pains. It also makes it convenient to not have to switch anything out and let the heat / cold alternate. The one downside. The fan is loud af. It's like having a 120mm computer case fan strapped to your shoulder so you'll need some noise canceling something if you want to be able to focus with this thing in operation. I think the fans are required because they've used a Peltier TEG (thermoelectric generator) to be able to produce both heat and cold. They need the fan to maintain the heat differential from each side of the plate. ... show more

I bought this for my wrist. What I love is that it can be used for ice therapy (acute phase); it can be used for heat (chronic phase); and it auto alternates between cold and heat (intermittent phase). It has two long adjustable Velcro belts. It is too small for a back and too hard for a wrist, but for a small, flat area, it works well. ... show more

    • It works, but for a very focused area
I wanted to try this unit out to eliminate the need for ice and a heat pad. Overall, it works fine, but for a small contact area. Overall quality feels high. The plastics is solid and not cheap feeling. Becuase it is kinda bulky, will not fit on surface that isn't "flat." I do wish there was more flexibility in the heating levels. It goes from kinda hot to too hot. That said, this is a great step forward for an all-in-one solution to heat/cooling. Hopefully, the battery will keep the charge overall time. ... show more

The device turns cold and/or hot immediately. I love being able to use it wherever I am without being tied down to a heating pad or a messy ice pack. I would definitely recommend it.

Easy to use, no trips to the freezer, no bags of ice leaking on my desk, couch. very impressed with how hot/ cold it gets. I have used it for primarily tricep pain and it's perfect - stays on and I can work, drive, move around without shifting.

I use my cube daily and many times multiple times a day in the contrast most to help with my lower back pain. It’s helped me heal from that injury and I can say it’s pretty durable. At one point I was using it 4 times a day, each time for about 20 minutes or until it died, then it immediately put it in the charger and about 30 minutes later it would be ready to go again. You really do have to be careful to not block the fans and that can sometimes be tricky to hold it in the right spot with or without the strap but I ultimately make it work but just using my hand. I feel like it’s a better fit than using the strap. Overall I would say that if I were to lose my cube or it broke for whatever reason, I’d by another one immediately. ... show more
