I manage to get a terrible herniated dics during kickboxing. I have suffer from this pain since 10 weeks now. I bought this to do ice therapy and hot therapy. I like the belt/ pouch. It’s Velcro and attached fast and nice over my stomach. Best thing I comes with 2x ice packs for a wonderful price. Compared to other sellers. My only issue is that ice pack is so thin. It wears off within 20 mins. I need more ice packs in my freezer. When I swap it out I put my hot clay pack in the pouch for Hot therapy. That works as well. Very nice purchase. This is the best ice/heat pack solution I have found yet. I love that the belt is long enough that if I need relief on my hip I can loosen the belt and let the ice pack reach close to my hip. That it comes with two ice/heat packs is ideal. While I wear the one the other can cool in the freezer.

I get alot of inflammation in my low back, and this is a god send to use. I only wish the ice packs stayed cold longer. I wear this for maybe 30-45 min before changing the pack or taking it off. This product is a very good concept, but there is room for improvement The only reason I did not give a five star for this product is because the gel inside the ice pack is not enough so the ice pack only remains cold for a brief 15 to max 20 minutes time and I like to do 30 minutes at least of cold therapy so it’s not enough for me. Although the workaround is that this product comes with two ice packs so I can alternate them and I can get 30 minutes out of it but it is a hassle to change it. ... show more

Belt and belt Velcro works great. However the inside Velcro connectors where the ice pack is removed has started to fail after a week of use. If they make better interior Velcro connectors this would be a better product.
