Good heat and Ive only been able to use on a stove top so far. Easy to clean. Hopefully they last me a long time cant say yet on durability. Bragging about special German/USA technologies with artificial Diamond bla bla bla made in China from the little booklet. Ooh, scratch resistant to 700 F stays good and healthy even if burned. Doesn’t peel. We recommend low and medium heat. Season often, use nylon, silicon, wood utensils avoid cooking oil sprays. RESISTS peeling, but treat our Tuff Stuff gently, use care to avoid being burned by the special cool handle and the weight isn’t so light. You’re paying for mills of steel for induction stoves. The price is too much for non commercial grade pans and you can’t trust it’s healthy if the description is not what’s included in the product Data sheets. To be fair the price reflected coupon sales price cut and points that make it worth keeping if you get a good deal. But, full price? No way! ... show more

I got a whole bunch of these MSMK non-stick pans, mainly for the induction capability and quality claims. We recently acquired a camper van with an induction cooktop and wanted to try out a variety of shapes and sizes. These 8 and 10-inch skillets are extremely versatile and get a ton of use. But ALL these MSMK pans work really well for us. We've been using them daily for almost a month now and they have performed quite well. Photos and comments will be similar for all of the pans I'm reviewing. I have a love/hate relationship with most non-stick pans. They all start off great. Then the surface degrades over time. We're careful to not overheat them, or scrape the surface, or use spray oils... all that stuff. Yet some pans just don't last more than a dozen or so uses. These MSMK pans have held up perfectly after a month of daily use. The cooking surface is just as slick and pristine as the first time we used them. I don't know if these are truly "commercial" grade. But they definitely look and feel quite solid and well made, with noticeably thicker metal. Very different from your typical thin non-stick pan. The handles are cool and comfortable. The handle joint with the pan is riveted and indestructible. They heat up fast, retain heat well, and distribute the heat evenly. Yet they are fairly lightweight and extremely well-balanced. So easy to control despite the heavy-duty construction. We had planned to only use these in the van. But they are so good, that we now use them in the kitchen between trips. They are orders-of-magnitude better than our other non-stick pans... with one exception and that's my prized 12" Tramontina, which was made in the USA. Overall, there's a LOT to like about these MSMK non-stick pans. They work great on induction. Heavy-duty build quality. Durable cooking surface. They retain and distribute heat well. The price-point on these is definitely high, but after a month of daily use, I can confidently say that my usual love/hate relationship is all love with these MSMK pans. ... show more
