Easy to use to make things, but hard to easily clean. I saw some reviews say don't use a dishwasher so haven't tried for the trays, also, the base is really difficult to clean if anything dripped. The white part in the middle is absolutely horrible to clean. The manual could have been more, it didn't really teach how to operate it and although I figured it out, it should have had that. I like this product a lot just because I like dried products in general. I’m a huge fan of almost any fruit or vegetable that can be dehydrated, two examples being kiwis and sweet potatoes. When I received this product I decided to try dehydrating a new fruit that I’ve never tried dehydrated, that fruit being bananas. I put them in the dehydrator for a while and when they came out they were delicious! They were sweet and had a weird but nice texture to them. This the first time I've ever used a food dehydrator. It's easy to use and easy clean up.There are a total of 8 spaces, you can make a lot of different fruits at once, as well as timing and thermostat functions, so I can use them with confidence. My children like to eat the dried fruits that I made for them.Make me very happy, I can try to do more dried fruits for them. ... show more
