I received the Slushie machine as a gift from my wife, she knows how much I enjoy slushies, especially here in the Las Vegas heat. Having this machine is a money saver when compared to buying slushies in stores. Also being able to make your own favorite flavor slushies and adult sluhies is such a plus. While I loved this gift, after unpacking, we noticed the control panel was not securely fastened to the machine. While it worked the panel was loose and kinda annoying when using the touch control panel, it would move, thus making it more a push button panel. I contacted Inoviva Customer Support and they asked me to try a fix. It didn't work, so Daisy from Customer Support told me she would send a replacement machine. I didn't expect that, I thought we would have to send the machine back and wait for repairs. But Daisy told me they would replace it and no need to worry about waiting for any repairs to the one we had. I was super impressed with her help and speedy response and understanding. I highly recommend this company, it was such a pleasure knowing they stand behind their product and have excellent support! Tried a few different modes and it would not get cold at all. Upon packing it back up to return I found a bolt in the bottom of the box. Looked on the bottom of unit and could see where it came from. Also the machine rattled when picked up and moved. Thinking a quality control issue that slipped by. If my return is processed in a month like showing I may try again and will update. ... show more

I AM IMPRESSED ! I must admitt to my skepticism, but this slushi machine is great! I have only made a few batches of soda slushies but from the first batch was ready very quick. And the cleanup is very minimal. Cant wait to make some expresso cold brew lattes!

I love getting frozen slushy style drinks sold by certain bars and pretzel shops at the mall and a place called fat Tuesday with locations in Vegas and New Orleans. Anyway, I researched purchasing one of the machines that makes these. Most of the commercial machines are too tall to fit under my cabinets on my kitchen counter. Not this one! Also, it has a nice slim footprint so it doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter, about the same size as a blender would take up. But this is more than a blender, it gets cold and freezes the beverage without using ice. This is what I wanted because ice gets clumpy and dilutes the drinks etc. anyway, I've used this a couple of times now and it works fine. Takes about 15 minutes or so to freeze juices or drink mixes from room temperature. Perfect size for a home appliance IMO. ... show more
