The microfiber material makes it so when I "flick" the blanket it gets most of the pet hair off immediately, and what doesn't come off I just quickly get with the lint roller (I was specifically looking for something pet proof). Covers the whole bed plus some so it hides the sides of the bed and my partner can't steal the whole blanket lol. I love this comforter so much! I’ve been through several different types of comforters trying to find the perfect combination of comfortable and lightweight which mostly included using duvets over down comforters. They have all been too hot, too cold, too big, or too small for the duvet. This one makes me feel like Goldilocks because it is just right! It’s so soft and fluffy- doesn’t get too hot sleeping under it and it’s texture is good for pets. I am in love with the color and softness and wish I had gotten the King size for my queen bed so I could have more overhang on the sides. I bought the emerald green, and it’s such a beautiful and rich color. However, many reviews mention how lightweight it is, but for someone who sweats easily at night, it’s not as lightweight as I’d like it to be. Only on the coldest nights do I wake the next morning without sweating at all. I likely won’t get much use out of it at all when summer comes around, but will I return it? Love this bed spread!! Im surprised it had any bad reviews. The only thing I would say is the pillow cases fit kind of weird. But the bed spread is perfect. I ordered the light purple in a queen size for my full sized bed and it looks fluffy and over sized. I use a top sheet with the bed spread and it feels cozy like a hotel.
