I sweat all night doing the covers on/covers off tango with this comforter. It is bulky to wash and dry. I want to love it but it doesn’t work for me for most seasons. I looked at several, and read reviews edited purchasing. This is microfiber, so by nature of the material it is going to feel thinner than cotton, but i beleive it’ll have durability. It’s lightweight, not heavy. Beautiful so far, and easy to clean, doesn’t hold stains which is important with a toddler around. I like the black on the other side, it’s a nice look for sheets against that background, so i ordered black pillow shams to bring out that part and use on the bedding in conjunction with the pillow shams offered with the comforter. I bought this blanket about 2 months before my family and I ended up being evicted. Our last day in the house was September 21st, and we spent 12 days sleeping in our car until we found a place.
