Overall great BUT there is a a couple minor nicks and dents, but 1 has the coating chipped .. it's not chipping any further, but it will rust ... Didn't think much of it at the time I put it together... But unfortunately this cage won't have a long life.. it's a shame, it's a gorgeous sturdy cage!!

We received our cage with two damaged sides from way packed. Seller was prompt and responsive resolving by sending two new sides. Instructions are worse than assembling a bike Christmas Eve with instructions in a foreign language because the bike has pictures that show detail. Hint: use a nut driver with hex. The included hex wrench would increase assembly time by a factor of lots. The long screws are for sides and top. Phillips screws, washers, and nuts are for apron. It’s best to loosely assemble two halves of apron (G)(also, two different size: front/back and sides) at a time, otherwise you need two people. Get a crescent wrench for the wheels. ... show more

Not correct measurements smaller than what it states. directions had no assemble instruction just a picture and screw did not match up.. Also cage corners did not match up and door aren’t easy to open and close wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

This cage is pretty sturdy and the wheels work good. Cage is easy to move around. I myself could have not put it together and my Son had a hard time. No instructions came with it. Lots of washers and screws. I bought the cage for a large cockatoo. The cage was too small for his wing span. You see my birds like to hang upside down and open wings and scream. A macaw would break it’s tail and not to able to open wings fully. The bar space is small and nice and you can attach toys and chew sticks easily. I ended up putting our large parrot in it and he fits just fine because he’s a less active bird. The feeding cups are nice but again too small for large birds. The small upper perch is different from big perch. My bird has almost chewed through it already and has only been in there a few days. I should be hearing a big clunk soon. He has not gotten out but my cockatoo would have been out already. The locks look like arrows and are a softer metal so larger beak birds could eventually chew or rip off. I like that it has a lock on the lower grate. I don’t use the seed catcher. The largest bird I personally would put in this cage is no larger than your parrot size.
