I started off buying a three pot and lid setup a year ago. Best pans I've ever owned hands down. After seasoning them which is really easy, Just a little oil and a little heat they are good and non stick. I still use oil and cook like I would with any other pan, but I'll tell you - being able to use metal utensils and the metal scrubby to clean any Hexclad product (the once a week I actually clean pans) no soap needed. Do I love this pan? Oh, my! I prepare a lot of indian dishes and this pan shape keeps all the veggies from falling over the side of the pan when stirring or tossing. Not only that, but cooking on low heat and saving energy is a delight -- of course every things comes out perfectly. It's a good looking pan, elevating the kitchen ambience. Also light weight and food tips out easily while plating a meal. Even works for boiling potatoes -- If you only have one pan, let it be this one. ... show more

We had a 14oz wok and wanted something smaller. We had a great deal on Amazon and went for it. So far satisfied with the product. Pan quality is significantly better than some of the similar ones available (not Hexclad). Non stick and cooking experience is always better with Hexclad.

This is a truly wonderful wok. Its fast and even heat distribution makes cooking fun, and I've never encountered anything that is easier to clean than the HexClad hybrid surface. And it looks amazing enough that I just keep it on the stove instead of in a cabinet, to show it off. I got the 10" wok, and I love it, but if I had it to do it over again, I would order the 12" just to have a little more room for fun wokking (and also to have that extra handle). My next HexClad purchase will be a skillet (a.k.a. fry pan) because my old skillet just seems ugly and depressing now that I know how amazing it should be. What I liked about this wok is the fact that it has a cool looking non-stick surface and the weight while not the lightest is lighter than the one it’s replacing (All Clad). I realize carbon is the way to go for that true wok experience but I’ve done that and hate the whole seasoning thing and to be honest never could taste a difference in comparison to a wok that has a non-stick surface. I used the Hex Clad for the first time to cook up some fried rice and man this wok is excellent. Heats up fast, cooks evenly and has the slickest non-stick surface I’ve ever used. At $140 this is a no brainer. We’ll see how long it will hold up. ... show more
