I love, love these pans, I only have 2 of them due to the cost, but will continue to buy them over time 1 pan/lid at a time. They are lightweight cook beautifully on my gas stove and in the oven. Food just doesn’t stick. I can wash them easily by hand, have never had to scrub, just wash with a sponge, very warm water and dish detergent. But they come out of the dishwasher looking beautiful. Love this. It’s durable, versatile, and will undoubtedly save me a lot of time, money and space in the long run. I have three teens and need to be able to cook large meals. My younger two are just starting to venture into cooking when I’m at work. I spent a lot of money on the Always Pan a few years ago, it lost its non stick coating in less than a month of use. I have purchased a few cheaper non sticks in the meantime while my teens were practicing their egg cooking skills among other things. They all were ruined in the process. So I bit the bullet and invested in my first two Hexclad items. I bought this and a large skillet. I love that this can be used in a multitude of ways including in place of a Dutch oven. I’ve used it at least a dozen times since my purchase and it hasn’t lost its luster one bit. It heats evenly, it’s comfortable to maneuver even though it’s quite large, the lid fits perfectly, is easy to store, the material is durable and is easy to clean. I am a huge fan of hexclad products and this one is no different, it’s perfect for making any dish. The heat distribution is amazing and love the non stick technology. The weight is good and solid making you know it’s nice and durable but light enough that it isn’t too heavy to move making it easy to use. The ease of cleaning it after use is great everything washes right off. Not to mention the handles not getting hot makes it perfect for anyone worried about the safety of burning their hands. I highly recommend this product if you’re in the market for a new stockpot. Only issue I had was with the shipping of the product, more of an Amazon issue compared to the hex clad brand itself took over a week to receive the item. ... show more

I bought this brand after watching my favorite celebrity chef use it on commercials. The 7 quart was my first and I find it useful for frying large batches of chicken or multiple steaks and chops. It’s a little too big for making sauces so I bought the next size down 5.5 quart sauté pan. I follow the recommended guidelines of a little cooking oil in before use and keeping the heat on the lower side. Turn the heat up too high and food will stick and/or burn.
