Got this pan for Christmas. So far, it’s amazing! It’s so big and heavy, you can cook a whole meal in it. Clean up is super easy. If my opinion changes over time, I’ll update. Missed the “best” price by a few days. ( cyber Monday)

I've only used it twice so far, but I expect it to continue working as well as my Hexclad Wok. I went for this large size because it can function as a high sided frying pan and a stew pot or braiser. It's totally nonstick, browns well, and cleanup was a dream. I can't wait to find a tomahawk steak for easy searing and transfer to the oven! I'm 72, with shoulder problems and this is so much lighter than cast iron! I hope I live as long as I expect that it will. ... show more

HexClad is by far the best cooking equipment I have seen in all my years of cooking. Highly recommended. This pan is perfect for large sauces, slow stews or that steak you want to get a great sear on.. you can put them in the oven as well with NO worries.
