Awesome pan - I use it all the time from cooking Salmon to making a Frittata. This is a very versatile pan that goes from stove top to oven. I don't put soap on it just water to clean and then rub with a little olive oil. I love all my Le Creuset pans!

The media could not be loaded. I don’t believe this is worth the money because the weight of the handle does not support the weight of the pan. It is very heavy and as you can see they said it was used not broken or damaged. I paid a discounted price but I’m sending this back. Love the heat retention of cast iron! I’m new to cast iron but I’ll never go back to any other way of cooking! We have a gas cooktop and always use low or medium low heat and everything turns out perfect with minimal sticking.
