The reviews were good and many mentioned how comfortable it was which was important to me as I planned to spend many hours gaming in it. The chair was well packaged and the instructions were easy to follow. There was also a QR code which had a link to a video on how to put the chair together. I have built two other office chairs before and this was as easy as the other ones. I have been happy with the comfort of the chair so far and I especially like that the legs are metal and not plastic like many I looked at. I was looking for an office chair with no arms that had a very comfortable seat with cushion and was also supportive on my back, without hurting my back! The lumbar support adjustment is a good feature, depending on what you prefer for back support. I keep it all the way down and it feels really good! This chair arrived on time and included all clearly marked hardware and instructions for assembly. Assembly was fast and easy, and all parts were there including an extra set of screws and the allen wrench to assemble with. Assembled in 30 minutes. Chair is comfortable and has a large seat and back. It is sturdy and glides easily on the castors. This was purchased for my boss at work as he needed a chair that has a back and would sit higher as he uses his tool box as his desk and was using a stool before so of course his back would start hurting due to no support.
