The media could not be loaded. Prebuilt desktops can be hit or miss but this one is absolutely perfect it came with everything as described runs smoothly and no issues at all. Very quiet and does not overheat stays cool while playing call of duty and other fps games.     • Absolutely terrible
This pc may look fancy at first but most of the components are horrible. Just to list a few problems, it has a completely obsolete motherboard by today's standards with a pretty weak processor, the ram has terrible speed, the ssd literally died while I was using it (luckily it had nothing relevant on it), the audio drivers stopped working within a few days of purchase, etc. It's much cheaper and more reliable to build a pc on your own because this thing will break down in a month or two ... show more

I’ve seen some bad reviews so figured I’d share my experience. Came packaged nice with all components mentioned installed except the plug in wifi. Also included a check list from assembly if test results. A few weeks in an everything functions as it should with no issue and it runs iRacing as expected (given a RTX 4060) with VR and on monitor. No complaints all around so far. Easily upgradable for future also. I would recommend it to others looking for a quick, affordable solution for similar style games. ... show more

Wish I'd done more research, but assumed the AMD Ryzen 7 2700 was an up-to-date chip, but it was actually produced in 2018, making this a 6-year-old processor. Also, I've since learned that ViprTech doesn't have the best reputation: such as that they apparently use refurbished parts in their machines, etc. Anyway, I may update this review after a few months. The machine runs perfectly, so I have no complaints. I use it as a media center PC, so primarily watch movies and TV with it, and the performance has been solid. ... show more

This computer is very powerful and very fast. It is used for our Audio Sound System, projecting Easy Worship for our songs and scriptures, Live streaming our services using Restream, storage of our videos, and the normal word processing for our AV staff. Excellent product. We had a computer issue this past week and one computer group identifed it as being a hardware issue, BUT, it wasn't a hardware issue after all. One of our Church members works on computers and he helped us to find the problem and it was a software problem. He helped us to find the proverbial needle in the haystack which resolved the issue. We called ViperTech's Customer Service number and left a message needing help on Saturday evening. The problem was resolved on Sunday evening and I didn't think about the message left for ViperTech. Jordan, the Manager of ViperTech, contacted me on Monday to see if they could help me and he was very helpful and friendly. So he responded to me the very next business day and that is excellent! However we had resolved the problem, but he told me the best way to communicate issues if we had any in the future. Thanks Jordan and ViperTech. ... show more

    • Wouldn’t even suggest for low end gaming
I loved the pc because it was my first pc, but I ended up just parting the PSU and GPU and throwing the rest away. The pc couldn’t even handle Roblox and I always got a Kernel Power 64 BSoD, I figured that the CPU was just getting too hot and when I re-pasted the CPU the pc wouldn’t boot, then I let it sit for a week and tried again and it still didn’t boot, it got to the point to where I gave it to micro-center for them to diagnose the issue, and after 4 months they had told me that it was probably the motherboard, so I got a new motherboard and it booted but didn’t post, after that I threw my hands up and gave up and ended getting a way better pc off of Facebook marketplace for around the same price, I wouldn’t suggest this pc to anyone who doesn’t know much about computers. ... show more

I bought this after looking at a few ppl I know who bought from viprtech but I got mine it arrived on time and everything but the cpu was broken and viprtech didn’t even offer to send me a new cpu I also already knew what was wrong with it when I tried to turn it on and they didn’t listen also I got it and my sound doesn’t work at all so my next project is trying to fix that(they did offer to send me a new pc entirely but they asked me to send it back first most pc companies will send you a new pc that has been tested before you send the old one back, vipertech for future reference please just send a new pc first so that people can just send the old one back in the box that came with the new pc) ... show more
