The pan is so gorgeous. I absolutely love it. The pot is very heavy black wrought iron and the ceramic overlay color is exceptional. I haven’t used the pot as yet, but I know it will do the job beautifully. I love the square shape of pan and wanted this pan design to bake square type sourdough bread.
