This is a nice looking set. We found out however that when it rains, you have to be careful when moving it, particularly the table, because rusty water will leak onto the patio and the person moving it. This seems to be a common problem with many sets having this design. If you have this set in a covered space, then no worries. We have ours on an uncovered patio, but we remedied this problem by getting a table cover which seems to have done the trick. The table looks great with the cover on it too! The instructions were simple, tools and extra screws included, packaging was well done to protect pieces. All the parts lined up precisely so screws went in with not too much effort. One piece of advice: follow the instruction not to tighten screws all the way until all pieces are together. Had to undo a few the first time, but all good in the end. We just put the furniture together and it seems sturdy. We did have to contact the seller due to the fact that one of the seat pieces was not drilled. They contacted us back within 24 hours and are sending a replacement part. Overall we are pleased with the furniture and the service.
