Really worth it for a simple backyard furniture set. Pretty comfortable and thick pads. Only thing is it’s a lot lower than expected, and the coffee table/ottoman is even lower. Besides that it’s pretty good quality and there was nothing broken or damaged. Easy to set up! Only reason why it’s a 4/5 is because we were also delivered 4of the same part when we needed 2 of one and 2 of the other. Just had to wait a few days for them to mail in the needed pieces but the customer service was extremely fast and very friendly! They responded quickly and felt bad for their mistake which was very appreciated. However, we do love it! ... show more

Was worried at first when we only received a few pieces while others were missing, but their customer service was good and informed us that it was separated into multiple boxes and kept us as informed as they could. However we were missing a couple pieces of hardware to be one of the chairs together and it took forever to get that replaced. It’s a awesome set!! For the price its amazing!! I used the coffee table as a foot stool as the glass came really broken as crumbs and scared to get another due to bad shipping handlers so customer service was helpful in getting us what we needed.. Glass top is not good for pool deck anyways in case it breaks.. Easy to put together but takes a long time.. cushions are a NICe thickness (i went to department store and seened this set for double the price and reallly thin cushions) so this is a great piece. Looks awesome. The only bad thing is when it rains the cushions gets soaked in w water. Takes up to days in drying. ... show more

I got this patriots set on sale. It did sale the covers were machine washable however mine fell apart in the washer. So I have to buy new covers. Pictures show adults sitting on furniture but dimensions are very small. We should have done our research better before buying. Company is trying to get us to keep furniture by discounting price by $43 but that won’t make it useable for adults unfortunately. The company offered a $200 credit which may not make it useable for adults but makes it useable and affordable to use for our 12 grandchildren! Time consuming but easy to assemble -it was just tedious. It is sturdy. I don't feel like I'm going to fall through. I cushions are thick enough but OMG the back cushions do not stay up. With the slightest wind is movement they fall down and that's super annoying! I applied Velcro but it didn't stick very well. Overall it's a nice set. I just wish I could have bought a different color. If a leaf falls on them it leaves that muddy brown color and doesn't wipe off. I cover the set before it rains and there is already mildew on some of the cushions. I have not tried washing them yet but I am planning on washing them at the end of summer. I am thinking of dying the cushion covers a darker color to hide the stains. ... show more

We bought this set when we remodeled our farm house patio last summer. It was the only set we could afford at the time. This is our 2nd summer using this patio set and we are pretty happy with the purchase. It did come in 3 separate shipments and the customer service was good in helping with tracking. Once it all finally arrived, I think it took about 45 min for 2 of us to set it up. The seat bases are pretty durable. The only thing we don't like are the cushions. The cushions get butt dents after only a few uses and have no memory foam feeling. The Cushion Cover material is so slippery that the backs and arm rest cushions fall and slide around. We tried velcro and that did not work. We may try stronger larger pieces of velcro next year. The cushion covers are easy to wash. I only wash them when they get dirty from our cats lounging on them. We did purchase an inexpensive cover for rain days because I'm not sure how rain proof the Cushion covers are. I have lots of decorative pillows and we just shove everything under the cover. We leave the bases out all winter and they did not fade or Crack! I do store the cushions in our basement over the winter. This is a very low profile set. My husband is 6' and it's a little low for him but he still enjoys taking his naps on it. They provide an extra Cushion to go over the glass top section and It does all come together nicely to make a bed as well for the hot summer nights under the stars. Just remember to remove the glass before putting the Cushion down on that section. If you are on a tight budget this set is a good choice. ... show more
