For their price, you can't beat this set!!! Good quality, expensive look, perfect size set. Nice khaki color cushions and solid plastic wicker! The seat cushions have velcro that hold them down perfectly! Very happy with this set. So far it is holding up nicely, even with my dogs enjoying it. Their customer service was very helpful with an order issue (on my part) and worked with me to remedy my question. Now for the dislikes. These are not enough to lessen their rating as I feel you can't get better at this price point, I've been on expensive sets that don't feel this nice... But here is what I found: -seat height is low, not crazy low but enough to mention. Still comfortable and a plus so my dogs can hop up easily to chill with us. -cushions. The mentioned seat ones have velcro but the backrest ones do not. They don't like staying in place. -While the included brackets to hold the set together are nice and do the job, it is loosely done and gets out of alignment after heavy use. -The feet are plastic and can scratch the deck. I bought felt tabs to put on them and they work great. ... show more

Comfortable, looks just like the pics, light enough to move around but also has pieces to hold sections together if you want. Fabric seems to be water resistant. Only negative is it took a lot of effort to assemble -- if you buy this, invest in a ratcheting hex tool so you don't have to use the little Allen wrench they send you. That saved me a lot of time and frustration! ... show more

Good value for the money. Overall I am happy with the purchase. It was a little difficult to assemble as there were lots of screws and some were is awkward locations but it wasn't bad. It just took some time and patience's. It is sturdy once built and I love the versatility of the combinations that are possible. Cushions are ok, a little stiff but still comfortable. I wish the back was a little higher but it is what the measurements show in the descriptions. For they money, I think this is a very nice set and would recommend. It compares to sets at Lowe's for $100's of dollars less. I wish we had the option to buy extra cushions. We would buy one to use on the table top for a second ottoman if it were available. ... show more

I didn’t think I received the full order but this entire thing comes in 2 boxes! The time consuming part is just putting all the screws in but it’s super simple to set up. Plan on 3 hours. Seems good quality. Giving 4 stars because I’ve sat in one spot 2 days in a row for about an hour and days later there’s still an imprint of where I sat, it squished it all down. So we’ll see how that goes. But it’s pretty cute and comfortable and looks as pictured. Love the Velcro to hold down the seat cushions. ... show more

The set is very nice. It fits beautifully on my 10 x 12 foot patio; it really transformed the space. We’ll see if it stands the test of time and Mother Nature, but I’m pleased so far. In regards to putting this together, I did like that all the pieces were labeled and that there was only one type of screw I needed to work with as opposed to several needing to be sorted out. That said, assembly was a pain in the neck. The Allen wrench that comes with the set is awful; it almost feels like it strips the screw with every turn which further adds to the time spent with assembly. If you have a more sturdy Allen wrench at home that fits the holes, it may make your life a bit easier. Overall, I wouldn’t let assembly deter me from buying this; I like it. ... show more

We got this couch for our deck at our camp. Pros…..It’s a decent size (yes, low to the ground but most outdoor furniture is). Nice navy blue color. Reasonable price. Cons….the back is very low. After reading several reviews that said this was a difficult assembly, I prepared by going out and buying an Allen Wrench tool for my drill. A MUST HAVE for this assembly!! Don't even think about doing this by hand! Couch and cushions arrived a day apart in two separate boxes. Instructions make sense, but this took me HOURS on my own to get right. So make sure you have time and patience for this project. I would also pre-purchase a few cans of ScotchGuard for the cushions. Highly recommended, and you'll have to do it yearly. A cover is a good idea, too. Perfect fit in our space. Same height as a couch we have inside. Cushions are stiff, but comfy enough. LOVE the Velcro for the bottom cushions. Table is nice. Some fading on cushions despite ScotchGuard, but all in all this set is worth it for the price. ... show more
