We just had our new patio finished and this set was perfect. Very solid and comfortable. We decided to get this set not only because there were a lot of Positive reviews and it was affordable but also I'm one of those indecisive people that does a lot of homework before I make a purchase. I really love the fact that there are the 2 individual chairs, sofa and the two Ottomans with this set. I didn't need a table because I felt those are too easy to come by and I already had this one that could hold the umbrella in. Besides the Ottomans can be a footstool or a table if you would like. However, the color wasn't what I was expecting (more blue ish). No matter, I still like it. It came earlier than expected. It's was not hard to put together. I would advise to wait to putting it together after both boxes come. They arrive a day apart for us. A great purchase!!! ... show more

Purchased this on 5/25/23 with order set to deliver between 6/2/23 to 6/9/23. It was a surprise that it showed up on 5/28/23! Super fast shipping. My picture is not of the furniture, instead I am showing you the three tools that made the build process easier. Yes, it was time consuming to put together, these items will speed up the time it takes. 3/8 wrench fits nicely on the nuts and the T30 star head in my Dewalt 6 inch drive guide fit in the allen head bolts. The furniture comes with “tools” to put together but the “wrench” is double sided and after a few times of struggling to get it to hold, then realizing I was using the wrong side, I knew I had to find something else. The 3/8 held the nut on one side, then I used the T30 in my drill to tighten. The drive guide comes in handy in tight spots where there are metal bars and the drill can’t get close enough to connect with the part I was screwing. Have a couple of small flashlights available. Black furniture, black bolts, and small dark recessed areas basically equal not being able to see. When attaching the arms, I found it handy to have a puck light on the inside of the arm, and a flashlight on the other side where the bolt head was. DO NOT TIGHTEN EACH BOLT AS YOU PUT IT IN. Wait until you have them all put in, and the pieces aligned properly. I tightened the inside arm bolts first, then the edges near where the feet go to keep the pieces aligned. Then went one by one until all were tightened. I read this in a review and I’m glad I listened. ok, now for what I think of it all put together. Very sturdy and nice looking. Both my husband and I sat on the chairs, ottomans and couch comfortably. It is lower than my previous loveseat, but on unusually low. Everything arrives in two boxes, on 80 lbs and one 66 lbs. Big boxes for sure! Cushions are compressed in clear bags and pieces were stored inside the arm compartments. I ordered turquoise and received turquoise for the chairs but blue for the couch. I contacted seller and within a couple hours new turquoise couch cushions were on the way. I realized after I checked my email that the seller knew they shipped the wrong color and had reached out to me before I received the order to let me know. Great customer service! The only thing that I find curious are the feet that attach to the couch. They fit on the corner and there is an extra hole for a bolt right next to the edge. Because these are all smaller pieces bolted together, it’s seems like a foot should be longer in the front and span the two connected pieces. You can see what I mean in the picture of the foot. Note that the pics of the furniture are with my old cushions, not the cushions that come with it. Mine are bigger and don’t fit as well. Once the new turquoise covers arrive I will swap them out. Have only had the set for about 2 weeks now. Overall I’m satisfied with the purchase so far. Had to assemble certain parts that were hard to reach without being able to see the parts I was trying to tighten because of the angles. It’s still manageable to complete with patience. Aside from those 4-5 steps to the assembly, the rest of the assembly process is fairly easy to assemble but just time consuming. I’d say about 8 hours overall since I assembled it on separate days. The cushions are comfortable but not as firm as I was expecting. The back rest cushions are very soft and feels like it could use firmer or bigger back rest cushions. It looks great in our patio area and I like the covers for the furniture that were included even though one of the tightening strings came off on first use. Spent several hours sitting on the chair portion of the set over the weekend and was comfortable enough to feel happy with the purchase. I’ll have to try the couch portion more but my son seemed comfortable on it as well. The set also went well with the metal patio chairs I already had. Sor far so good. ... show more

I read A LOT of reviews when looking for affordable patio furniture. This brand looked the best for the price. Immediately the customer service made me happy with my selection. I purchased a table shortly after buying the furniture and the company reached out and told me I bought a black set and a brown table and they wanted to verify that I was aware of this. I wasn't and they Immediately fixed it for me. I had it for about a month before building. It took me and my mom about 4 hours to assemble the whole set, but we are both notorious for assembling things wrong and having to take apart and re-do, so I can't really blame the furniture for the time. Once we got the first piece built, everything else went faster. And my mom was basically dead weight and picky contributed by handing my pieces, so it was mostly a one-man job. I put the ottomans together the next day and realized I was short the screws needed. Could definitely have been my error. I contacted the company and they Immediately responded that they would send me new parts. I got them 2 days later! I would 100% purchase again just based on the customer service! The couch and chairs are EXTREMELY comfortable. I've laid out on the couch every day for the past week and have no complaints. They also came with covers which I didn't realize and was SO EXCITED to not have to purchase some separately! So far they have been easy to clean and have held up to Brad, my pitbull, doing zoomies in the yard and then stomping all over the cushions. I let the mud dry for a few hours and it wipes right off!!! I am so glad I purchased this set!!! ... show more
