I just had a 3 season room built and needed furniture. I figured I would get an outdoor set since there is no heat or air conditioning in the room. This set arrived in four large boxes. The cushions came separately in two small boxes. And the fire pit came several days before everything in its own box as well. Once I unpacked everything, I was not able to locate the directions on how to put the set together. I messaged Layinsun and they responded quickly by sending me a link to pull up the direction. When i began assembling, I found the directions were in one of the four packets with the screws. The assembly was not bad. I did it over a period of 4 days. I could only do 2-3 pieces at a time because my fingers became sore from twisting the Allen wrench to tighten the screws. When everything was assembled, I put the furniture in the new sunroom and it looks wonderful! I love the fact that I can move pieces around if needed. I even decided to put 2 corner pieces together to make another small couch with ends. This set was exactly the look I was going for! The height was perfect...it was just below the level of my windows. The furniture seems sturdy and it's more comfortable than I thought it would be. The seat cushions do slide somewhat so I found some Velcro seat cushion tape that helped a great deal. I also used a UV protectorate I found on Amazon in the hopes that it will prevent the black color from fading. The little clasps that hold the pieces together are not really that effective. I think possibly zip tying the legs would be more effective. I am happy with my purchase and with the quality of the furniture. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy product! The black color looks so nice against the rock we have. Shipping was a bit delayed but the seller was communicative the entire time. Putting it together was simple but long for one person and a bit back breaking if you don’t have a working table. The cushions are pretty thick and comfortable, and the back cushions tie to the back. Ordered the Thirteen (13) Piece Patio Set, Shipping was quick(ish) but as some have stated including the Manufacturer, delivery was spread over several days so expect that, there are a total of Seven (7) Boxes. Assembly wasn't complicated, just time consuming, possibly made to seem worse because of the spread out delivery. The small boxes with the Cushion Covers arrived first, followed by the large box with the Fire Table, then the two (2) large 'B' Boxes with Seating Components followed by the two (2) large 'A' Boxes for the Seating. Best bet is to wait for the A and B Boxes before starting because some of the Hardware in Box A (Adjustable/Leveling Feet) is needed to complete the Small Tables that are in Box B. Some Seating Components were mislabeled such as a C instead of a G (all but one of the G Components had a C and the actual C Components had no label at all). No worries though, follow the pictures and you'll be fine. The Directions are vague and are an obvious loose Chinese to English translation, again, no worries, a little staging, separating your Components and Hardware, you'll be fine. For Assembly, I recommend using a Bench or Table, if you have no access to those, use the large Shipping Boxes as a way to raise the Components to a more favorable working height so you're not working on the ground. A Ratcheting Allen Key and some Non Metal/Marring Clamps would be helpful if you're working alone, not an absolute necessity but would be much easier. As some others have stated, the Seating is a pinch low @ 18" from Floor to Top of Seat Cushion, not terrible but it's lower than most Seats. The End Tables are 12" Floor to Glass Top. Those are measurements with the Adjustable Feet all the way in. Installing the Pillows in the Covers is a chore, you won't like it. The Plastic Clips that fit on the under side that hold the Components together could provide a better, more secure hold but once things are sitting where they're going to be they probably won't be moved much. The overall quality of the Patio Set is about spot on for the cost and the County of Origin. ... show more

We received these and it took about 2 hours to put together from taking them out of the box to placing them under our pergola. These are comfortable and easy to clean. The seats and back rest are water resistant. The seats are sturdy and the foam is stiff enough that you don’t sink into the seat. This set was used all summer and still looks new ... show more

The set up of the entire set was relatively easy to put together. It looks nice and we have been excited to host friends and family. We have used it for a few weeks and the fire table only a handful of times. On Saturday July 20th we were using the fire table for about an hour or so. Our propane tank ended up running out so we shut it off. Both the knob on the table and the tank itself. About 20 minutes later we were sitting there and the glass top of the table shattered. I was so optimistic about our table set! I’m hoping this was just a fluke, but it could’ve seriously injured someone had we not been sitting away from it. ... show more
