The media could not be loaded. DO NOT buy from Caroma!! Used it for two weeks then it stopped working. Customer service kept giving me the run around didn’t want to resolve the issue or refund me. If I sent it back I would have to pay the shipping which is $200 I was already out $630 after shipping. I’ve had it for over a month almost two and it doesn’t work and now we’re out $630 for something that doesn’t work. I emailed them multiple times trying to buy parts to fix the problem after realizing they’re worthless and can’t even get emails back from them. If you encounter problems good luck because for us we got screwed!! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it would allow! Not to mention rotors were bent when received and the steering head bearings are messed up ... show more

I had written a previous review regarding a shipping issue. It has been delivered the day after the estimated delivery date which is great! I had previous frustrations only due to it being such a high dollar item and I did not want it sitting on my porch for a long time before I could get home. It was also raining when it was delivered which slightly concerned me but everything is completely fine! Assembly was a little irritating with vague directions saying things like “this screw” “this wrench” just wasn’t very specific and I’m very mechanically inclined. It was not that difficult to figure out. I got it assembled. Charged it up and rode it to Taco Bell and the gas station. Only one ride so far but it’s awesome. I’m roughly 190 pounds 6 ft tall and I was comfortable with no acceleration difficulties. We will see about the charge but so far I am very happy. Cool scooter. Easy and fun to ride. ... show more
